- Hey furry fans. So once in a while it all get's a bit too hectic with life just getting in the way and you have to take a step back and just chill with all your fluffy pets surrounding you! Priorities are always family, happiness and health and what people don't see behind the 10minute videos are that we also both work full time jobs so once in a leap year we have to take some time to reflect on things like, how much hair has actually fallen off these pets and is hidden behind the couch.....
We often get comments from people about how the pets and their calm attitude, general persona and love that's shared between all fills them with positivity and has helped them relax in a time that otherwise is filled with stresses and worry.
It's a massive drive for us knowing that people enjoy our content and that it in fact has helped people in varying different ways! I love when we hear people's stories shared and how the community we have built help and support each other through our comments section. You wouldn't believe how many friends we've made through the power of social media.

I feel like an honorary member of your family when you share what is going on (Mia's first day at nursery school, the Herculean task of bathing Phil. . .) My Malamute is 12.75 years old. He will be 13 in June. Our neighbor's lab had seizure last week. He is Dakota's age. I told my husband that the sad part is we can't hold back time. We grow older and our loving furbabies also grow older. Life is bittersweet.
Denice Sanders , yes that is so painful right. My German Shepard died last year in May. He was with us for 11 1/2 year. We all mis him still so very much. When you take a family animal, you know you will loose him at some point. Now after almost 1 year we will take a Maine Coon. I can not hardly wait that this little kitten will be with us, and we have our eye on a second Maine Coon also. So this family will be so pleased to have an animal in the house!
@@sobat7402 My step fathers' beloved pomeranian, Lacy passed away one week before Thanksgiving. She was only 10 years old and was sick for quite awhile. She died in my arms and while we we all heartbroken, she had a great life and was a joy to my mother, step-father and myself. My parents will be getting another pom in May and we are all excited about the arrival of our new "baby".
It really is tough knowing that we don't have forever with our pups. I said goodbye to my 13 Yr old labrador 3 weeks ago and my heart aches for him. His imprint is still on the rug. I held him in my arms as he slipped away (he had cancer and heart failure) and it was peaceful and he was, believe it or not, wagging his tail until the very last second.
All you can do is love them unconditionally just as they do you and then you have done your best. They have had a beautiful happy life. Dogs are too pure for this world!
Emily. You and the family have been in lockdowns so many times it's starting to not be funny. Now this bloody new variant too. Hang in there. It will get better...eventually! Anyway. Always a treat watching you and the furry family :-)

Darlin those dog's and Milo absolutely know they are loved. They know they are wanted. They know that together you all are one big pack. From the day these animal's became family members until the day they take their last breathes they may have fears and worries in between but not being loved, spoiled and appreciated won't be on that list. You hoomans are great examples of how good folks and pet owners are supposed to be.

Phil is making my heart melt and go pitter patter. We had a bichon named Toby who passed away in 2014 and we now have a cat named Carter. I can't begin to tell you how much we love our pets and how much love they give in return. Pets ask for nothing and give everything. Take all the time you need to spend with your family---your hubby and 5 children. Whether they have four legs and a tail or just two legs and a sweet smile, they are all so precious. All the barking, meowing and crying/laughing is what makes a family. So enjoy your time. When you do make your videos you can be sure all your followers will be watching!! Stay well and safe. Silvie/Mark Silverstone, I agree wholeheartedly with you about the family enjoying their time together. The pandemic has changed all of our lives, globally. But, the time we get to spend with our immediate family, whether they are 2 legged or furry four-legged, family members, is precious time. In the hustle and bustle of what used to be the norm, we probably forgot a lot of the little things. We were running in every different direction possible. The pandemic shut us down and we were forced to take time off, whether we liked it or not. The family, adding Mia, when they did (which I know Emma and Shane had no way of predicting that they would be adding Mia into the family just prior to the pandemic), has enabled all of us to watch Mia from a newborn to a young toddler. They have recorded time with their beloved pets and Mia's transformation, with the pets, that she will have for the rest of her life. I love Phil, Niko, Teddy, and Milo, the Queen. But, more than anything, I love the way this family has taken time from their lives, to let us in, and be entertained by their daily videos on RUclips. Thank you, Emma and Shane, for bringing light into our lives. Your videos are what I look forward to everyday. Forget a TV series! You guys all make my day and I look forward to every video. Thank you for taking the time to bring love, laughter, and tears (Phil's visit to the specialist), to our lives. @Life with Malamutes - If you haven't done this already, please try wheatgerm oil on Phil's alopecia. My wife and I used to run a rescue for small animals such as hedgehogs and squirrels and foxes etc, many of which had been burned (maliciously or not) or had hair/spine loss for other reasons. We had great success with wheatgerm oil to encourage regrowth of lost hair or spines.

My GSD male had a wound on his eye too, I cleaned it with tea of Salvia officinalis, and a tiny bit of Bombastus Arhama Salbe, on the wound (3xday). Easy healing, fur is back again. I’m an ICU nurse and wound manager. 🍀🍀🍀

I live alone and have been pretty much "socially isolated" during this pandemic so I have felt lonely at times and seeing all three of your gorgeous puppies and Milo who is beautiful!!! As someone who has had many cats, Milo REALLY isn't like other cats. Shane is correct. The biggest example I saw was when you guys filmed in the furniture store. In a different place, strangers all around, and he acted like it was his forever home. Any other cat would have hidden underneath any of those sofas. I LOVE him. ❤

The first few videos literally made me tearful, as I was simply overwhelmed with gratitude for people like you two who treat their pets with that much love, care, affection and gentleness. I've always loved animals dearly, since I was little.
I currently live in USA. I am from Eastern Europe originally. I was in your country for one student exchange programs many years ago. Those several months were some of the happiest in my life. I still have some occasional dreams about being in England. Getting back there again had been my secret obsession for many, many years.
So now, when I watch your uploaded videos, I feel joy, mixed with love, gratitude and there's also some nostalgia.

Quarantine has been enormously difficult for me. I have lost two loved ones, I haven't been able to work at my job as a Nanny - so I miss my kiddo too, and I am about to lose my pay & apartment. It is overwhelming and awful. I'm struggling to cope. I'm a long-time sub and have enjoyed your channel for a couple of years now. I love all the doggos & your lovely family.
