qatar has no poverty what so ever and qatar is one of, if not the safest country in the world. and the tap water is great. and most of the population speak english.
As an Omani neighboring Qatar, I can easily say Doha is by far the best city in the middle east

Wow, you don't see homeless in Doha, so you feel safe in Qatar, except it's not safe to drink tap water? And do they speak English in Qatar?
