Great review! It was nice that you gave a brief background on the development team. You hit the art style on the nail. The game looks like a painting. Good explanation on the gameplay, I assumed it was a Diablo style based on the appearance, but you having to manage those 3 enemies in your gameplay with rolling & timing shows the souls like tactics. Inventory management in a game usually doesn’t bother me too much, but it just depends on how balanced it is, your character not being in the cutscenes or being mentioned is weird for sure! Doesn’t look like it should be a full priced game IMO so I might have to grab that early access.
True, at least its past 150… I think I came too late with the video + I do better content when it is something that is not recent and urgent… Balancing a new gaming channel with a relationship and a 3 month old is tuff man 😅😂🙌🏻
I don't usually buy early access games anymore. I waited on Baldur's Gate until it released and actually avoided as much spoilers as I could. In this case however I am so glad I decided to pick it up. Seriously the most fun I have had in a game in a very long time. My only complaint would be inventory and storage and they have posted that they are working on that for an upcoming patch.
So what you are saying, is IF you had waited, you would have had MORE fun? 😉 I am thinking my next video will take up Early Access as a concept, I am growing a bit tired of EVERYTHING being Early Access in 2024 😅
