When I was living in Jamaica I also didn't like turn cornmeal, but i like in Curacao for sometime and there turn cornmeal is a staple dish ,the way they cook it is different from in Jamaica. That's why I started eating and enjoy it.

Yes it's healthier than the rice but I do love my yam and banana I will certainly try to do the tun cornmeal which one though the fine or coarse meal nice b/fast or lunch Thanks

I am watching from connecticut.val your turn cornmeal and tin mackerel letting my mouth water .I wish I was near by to get some of that nice food .back in the days people including my late mother use to turn cornmeal but very few people doing this type of cooking .keep up
