यह प्रश्न काफी बार patients के मन में होता है। IVF success rate यह patient factors पे निर्धारित रहता है इसके साथ-साथ डॉक्टर पर भी निर्भर होता है। पर मुख्य रूप से IVF success rate एक Age Dependent फैक्टर है। मतलब जैसे जैसे महिला की उम्र बढ़ती जाती है वैसे IVF की success rate कम होती जाती है। एक बार महिलाये 35 उम्र का पड़ाव पार करने के बाद , अपने egg से प्रेग्नेंट होना बोहोत मुश्किल हो जाता है। इसलिए Age of IVF बोहोत महत्वपूर्ण होता है।

इसका मतलब है IVF करने के बाद , कितने लोग per attempt प्रेग्नेंट होते है।
Live Birth Rate
इसका मतलब है IVF करने के बाद ऐसे कितने लोग है जिनकी healthy delivery हुई है।
जब कोई IVF के लिए जाता है तब उनको ध्यान में रखना चाहिए की अगर महिला की उम्र 35 से कम हो तो clinical pregnancy rate मतलब प्रेग्नेंट होने के per attempt सम्भावना 40% होता है। और इन महिलाओ Live Birth Rate 33 -36% होता है। जैसे ही उम्र 35 से ज्यादा होती है उनको प्रेग्नेंट होने की सम्भावना 25% हो जाती है। और इन महिलाओ Live Birth Rate 20% होता है।
ज्यादातर लोगोने सुना होता है की IVF का success rate 70% होता है , जो मार्केटिंग के लिए किया जाता है। जो Globally data उपलब्ध है उसके हिसाब से महिलाये जिनकी उम्र 35से कम होती है IVF success rate 40% होता है और 35 से ज्यादा केलिए 25 -30% सम्भावनाये होती है।(IVF success rate study link👇)

शायद ऐसी कोई तकनीक नहीं है जो IVF success rate को एकदम से बढ़ा पाए। IVF के वक्त हमेशा क्लिनिक ध्यानसे चुनिए। अगर आपके consulting doctor ही embryologist है तो आपके IVF Success Rate थोड़ा बाद सकता है। ऐसी कोई भी तकनीक नहीं है , हालांकि पेशेंट कितने भी मेहेंगी ट्रीटमेंट ले , IVF Success Rate नहीं बढ़ा सकते। पेशेंट्स को मानसिक तौर पे तैयार रहना चाहिए की शायद ये प्रोसीजर २-३ बार करना पड़े।
