    Very nice flashlight!
Similar to many lights on the market, but I like the laser!
Very nice for explaining things to someone at a distance or signaling someone for help!! Great review Ste! Cheers 💪🏼😎

I’m impressed. They’ve combined a lot of features I’ve been looking for. Is it strange that I don’t trust the fire of a pouch cell? I think I’ll wait and see before I plonk down money.

😂 I see what you did there 😉😂 I'm not sure if it is a pouch cell or a solid cell the spec doesn't stipulate. Unless you have already found out. Thanks for stopping by buddy. Take care.

Excellent light and struck my interest.. I'm super curious what type of uv light it has, i just googled this quick!!
In general, UV-C is used to sterilize water and food surfaces, whereas UV-A and UV-B are effective for sterilizing dry surfaces. UV-C, which has a shorter wavelength, has a higher light energy level than UV-B and UV-A; therefore, it is widely used for water or liquid food sterilization [19, 20].
    Cheers mate✊️🔥✌️💚

      Late reply but it's a UV-A at 365 nm.
Thankfully, as UV-C is damaging to eyes and skin. You're not sterilizing anything with it, especially not water.

Hiya mate, you said it was a good torch and it sure looks it, so much so based on your review alone I am very likely to make a purchase soon. Although the one down side currently for me is that Amazon only offer a blue or gold model, no green as suggested on the packaging. Also it suggests they are usually posted within 4 to 6 weeks, that's a long term to wait for a impatient man 😊
I'm sure the company will be happy with the review mate 👍

Get some O'keeffe's hand cream on them paws tho bud! Works wonders for my bashed up and cracked hands

Steve all i care about with a torch is its highest setting and how long it lasts .
When someone says it will last for about two hours is that on paper. 1500 mha and a thousand lumens doesnt add up .
You said that youve only charged it once in the week. The deciding factor is a full charge , full brightness and an actual yesting time .
My latest torch i bought as soon as i got it out of the box i charged it up and then set it to high and timed it . I dont trust the instructions.and i dont trust 1500mha cam so 2 hours on its highest setting .

    • @BushcraftWithSteOutdoors
      @BushcraftWithSteOutdoors  4 месяца назад +1

You will experience step down with any torch on its highest setting. It will run at 2 hours, but not at 1050 lumens. Would guess step down would accur after about 3 mins of runtime, unfortunately I haven't got the relevant equipment to test lumen output. This Is more of an over view and advertisement for the torch for the company going off their specs. I didn't experience any significant drop off whilst using the torch over the last week. That includes night time dog walking for about 45 mins. Its still gave off more than enough light for my purposes. Thanks for stopping by.

I was trying to work out the watt hours and amp hours of a 1050 lumens led 18 watt .
But I'd rather know for a test . I watch lots of reviews and to me it is that important to know a full run time test .
The test tells me the limits I can work with .
      Thanks for the great work

I notice a bit of step down . And it's not a big issue . It's just nice to know the times. It's what is wrong with advertising. . It misses the practical test and it leaves me trying to calculate .
I cant calculate so I just test . Cheers

@@lifesahobby Actually I just thought I got the run times from a channel who tested it on his equipment the 2hrs was actually shy of it's 2:15 runtime on high! All the times in the vid are actually accurate.
