Revolutionary Rotary Saw Machine for Precise Aluminum Plate Cutting

Currently, the method of cutting aluminium plates is totally manual. That generates a bad quality of cutting, which causes a loss of time and thus a loss of money.
For this reason, the present project, which was proposed to me by the company, is part of an automatic system solution.
My objective is to realize a new machine equipped with an automatic system allowing the synchronization of the cutting parameters to have a good quality of cutting.
To accomplish this mission, I find it useful to study the existing state, then analyse and design.
According to this study, various wells were inspected, including a thorough inspection of various features and technical aspects.
