    • @entelektuel.yolculuk
      @entelektuel.yolculuk 10 месяцев назад

      @@ilyarepin7750rehabs almost always gives great results, matey. There must be sth wronf in the way that ye are doing them. Initially, ye gotta do those with no weights or with very little ones. Do ye do it like that? And secondly, ye need to do them with slow pace, but like, contracting the muscles, and feeling the movement of bones and joints. And thirdly, ye need to do rehab fer not so long, but often. Let's say, someone's knee is hurt. Then that person should do the rehab stuff in between their normal exercise routines, that's correct. BUT ALSO, their main rehab routine should be different. They should determime sth like, pullong their calf up when sitting, 20 times let's say. They need to do that per hour, fer days, fer weeks. Every wake hour should go into that. Fer example ye can set up alarm fer the beginnings of each hour that ye are awake, and when the alarm rings; just do the calf-pulling 20 times and continue what ye were doing. Ye need to continue this until ye see results. Then ye can either leave it compeletely, or lower the amount of rehabs, such as doing them only in between yer regular exercise sessions. And always add some stretching at the end of the exercises - fer the hurt parts too. And never forget, always avoid movements that would need yer hurt area to both contract and flex at the same time. Besides, ye really need to get vitamins, minerals, elements and water at the recovery process.

    Take care of your body now. I am 53, and at 52 I found out I had cam and pincer FAI. For years I kept squatting ATG, but with great difficulty. I thought I just needed more mobility and flexibility. Because of that I destroyed both hips’ labrums. I now have grade 4 arthritis, and will need both hips replaced in the next 10 years. I had hip arthroscopy on my right hip last year to remove my cam and pincer. Dr. rebuilt my labrum using a cadaver ITB. It’s a bit better now, but hurts frequently. Take care.

    58 n still doing these. I like to keep my thighs big too. So i stand up every few reps. Then squat back down.
    If i have to do a thing at the ground, i squat to do it. And crab walk . Like planting seeds, or weeding
    Everything i do all day is an exercise, every step is paid attention to gor pistire, gait and making sure theres no compensating. If something hurts, i walk through it without limping, after about ten or twenty steps, it foesnt hurt anymore and i can walk normal without focusing on it.
    Same goes for shoulder, rib, neck arm pain. If im in my pisture, pain reduces, so i resist the "limping"
    If for some reason i cant get it right, i change my plans for the day and do what i can do sitting. Like bills or repairs of my tools, whatever.
    But im boessed to be able to switch directions daily depending on how i feel.

    With this drill, does it only help you before your workout? Or is it something that, if you continue to do it regularly, it will eventually fix the issue? (Or allow you to do other exercises that will fix the issue?)

I know it’s not an end all be all situation or fix since these are broad, but as a veteran with hip issues after jumping, deployments, and a surgery, you have given better pt tips and advice than my local va. Thank you!
