    Yes, I totally agree - The Tanga is an amazing bf shoe and Freet are my favourite bf brand. I bought my first pair of Tangas about 18 months ago, and I swear, they age like a fine wine... unbelievably comfy. Just bought a 2nd pair. I cannot recommend them enough. Great review!

      Thank you.. I'm glad you enjoyed the review! And yes, you probably already know that I love their shoes as well!

    I can really recommend them as well. I have had these shoes for more than a year now and I absolutely love them. They are my favourite pair of casual shoes. I wear them all the time and the soles as well as the upper are still in excellent condition. Freet are the best barefoot shoes in the world! I only wear Freet's anymore. Love the Pace model for playing basketball.

    Great energy on your review! I need to try the Tanga, love the Freet Pace and also have an older pair of the Chukka Boots. I too think Freet are a great durable comfortable barefoot brand 🦶🏃👍

      Oh thanks I'm glad you like the review. I have two pairs of Tangas and love them. My lightest, most minimal Freet shoes are still the Talus 3, which I also reviewed on the channel. Love 'em! Cool, just ordered my first "barefoot" shoes after a some proper investigating... decided to get the Freet Pace shoes, used your 10% discount coupon. Cant wait for the warmer summer days and get some distance with these 👍

      Nice! Thanks for using the code. Welcome to the world of barefoot shoes. Expect time to transition for your feet and muscles to get used to having space and moving differently. Let me know how you like the Pace shoes!

      @@barefootshoejosh thanks. I know one has to be carefull and take it slow. I walked barefoot already last summer many days, but that was limited to a summer time and mostly parks and beaches etc.

      @@skinnylegsbarefootshoes Hello. I have used those pace models as my only shoes during the summer months. They worked fine and are still in good shape. I bought also the "tundra" model for the autum / winter months. 👍

    Your video popped up in my notifications right after I got done researching running shoes 😅 I'm not sure if I would like these in WI now (it can be quite sloppy here in the spring), but they look so comfy!!!

    I need some running shoes I love the color. I don’t need a wide shoe tho only in toe box. I have 3 origo now omg I’m addicted. Price is amazing 😮 those look amazing. I love a knitted upper. Will have to try

    • @barefootshoejosh
      @barefootshoejosh  Год назад +1

      Yes these are awesome, I love them! Make sure you check the sizing chart on these, and find the size that fits your foot measurements best, leaving somewhere around 1cm extra space in front of your toes. Another option might be to check out Freet's "Pace" model, which is basically this shoe, except with a tongue. That way, you might be able to cinch them down more if needed. Just another thought. Either way, please use my affiliate link and/or discount code (in the video description) if you end up buying something--it helps me out! Thank you!

      @@barefootshoejosh thank you for all your help you’re so knowledgeable. I will definitely check out the pace model. I will use your code for sure. Love your videos. Yeah I always go by measurements and add a cm it really helps to get the perfect fit in imo.

      @@barefootshoejosh yes your videos are very informative and also your feedback in comments. I have been transitioning to barefoot for a year now. So I’m trying to build up my shoe collection. I first went zero drop then I went down in stack height. I work in the shoe industry selling running shoes. So I see everything going on. The Origo is my perfect work shoe for standing all day. Now I’m getting some running shoes. I also lift weights in the Origo. Excited to get some freet for running

      @@Trichick I'm wondering if you've looked into Altra shoes for running. They are zero drop, at the narrower end of the barefoot shoe scale, and have thicker stack heights, which you may appreciate while running, depending on where you're at with your journey. They also have different models--some better for mild hiking, some for running, etc. I don't have any affiliate relationship with Altra, just more options for you.

    Have you tried the wildling shoes?

    • @barefootshoejosh
      @barefootshoejosh  Год назад +2

      I have not tried Wildlings--for two reasons.. First, I printed out the sizes most appropriate for me, and they just seem too narrow for me... and second, I approached them about sending me some for review and I forget what happened, but it didn't work out at the time. I hope to be able to try some if they ever want to gift a pair for review, because I like the design of the soles--it's interesting, and seems foot friendly, although some other reviews I've found show some unfortunate weaknesses/wear in areas of that tricky sole..
