I think manufactures should hire you to make this kind of video for them. I remember back in 2003 my dads e65 7-series had a DVD instruction manual. It was to formal with no soul. We need more videos like this :)
Thank you, Matt. In the 1990s, Jackie Stewart did a video for the Mondeo Mk1. It came stuck to the front of a car magazine. The theme tune alone made me want the car!
Thank you Stephen for another helpful video. looks like you both survived the storm! Down here in the West Country I expected to see my car under a tree or floating down the road ! love these kind of videos .
Not the front bumper, Dotmars. For Micra body panels, I’ve released videos for the rear bumper and wings. I’ve also filmed (but not released) bonnet and door replacement videos.
When I jacked my MK1 up to do the wheel bearing, I did it outside with a trolly jack. The bottom of the car was covered in ice as was the jack. The jack slipped off the jacking point onto the floor panel 😬 Fortunately the floor just bent a bit but held up. I whacked the floor almost straight again from inside the car with my trusted lump hammer.
Oh no! Sorry to hear that, AX. I'm glad the damage was minimal. Recently, I had a call for help and ended up lifting a car in 'less than ideal' conditions, e.g. soft ground on a slope by a road. It wouldn't have taken any force to knock the car off the jack. Got away with it, though.

Good clear video guide.
Glad it was helpful, RDT.
Good to know. Thank you.
You're welcome.
Interesting to see this.
Thanks. More Focus videos to follow.
Brilliant video again, back at the hospital tomorrow hopefully for the last time, had a good wet weekend with the grandkids, have yourself a good week
Thank you. Good luck at the hospital from both of us, Ian. Let us know how it goes.
What a fantastic car!!! Thanks for the info vid.
Rumours suggest you have something similar!

Thank you, Mark. We've had heavy storm damage in the past, but no issues this time. Hope you and your gear are okay, too.
This is information we should all know. I need to check up on my car. Never know when things could go wrong & the car needs to be jacked up.
Glad you like the video, Anne.

Hi CSTV! I can't seem to find a straight tutorial on how to remove my front bumper on a Micra K11. Have you made one?

Is this a petrol or diesel model? I'm considering getting a diesel
Hello. It's a 1.6 Petrol Auto from 2005.
It's a top class car!
👍💪

@CarSpyTV Thankfully you did a better job than I did then 👍
Just a bit of bad luck. You were working in tricky conditions. It could have happened to anyone. 👍
