Game resteraunt I cook at we do venison steaks and backstraps/tenderloin steaks2" . we mix 4 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2 envelopes lipton onion soup mix, put little in individual cast iron and cover with more mix then bake to medium. Serve with veggies and stuffed shrimp and potatoe. Steak is 37.99. Loin is 49.99 lmao crazy. Sometimes elk same way as special. It's called chefs sauce😂😂😂
