Hace unos 4 años que deje de escuchar canciones cómo estás, y es que en ese entonces estaba muy deprimido. Los días eran absolutamente iguales, volvía a clases y me ponía a llorar sin motivo alguno, pero las cosas mejoraron de algún forma, ahora he vuelto aquí otra vez; me estoy volviendo a sentir de esa manera, en una especie de sinsentido constante, aunque ahora soy un poco más fuerte, espero poder avanzar y dejar esa época totalmente atrás
Hola, me llamo clara. Creo que te entiendo perfectamente, tal vez pueda contarte un poco del por qué. Mi adolescencia fue muy monótona, mi madre trabaja demasiado y no tengo una figura paternal, así que siempre estuve sola en casa y solo leía libros, también tenía pocos amigos, entonces era una rutina constante, solo vivía en ilusiones y baja autoestima. El año pasado intenté aceptarme y encontrar mi estilo, fue ahí que conocí a una persona que hizo el papel de esa pierna que me faltaba, creé una dependencia muy grande y se manifestaron carencias y abandono, lo cual terminó agobiando la relación, junto con problemas familiares y problemas de identidad de su parte. Fue un período espantoso que sucedió a principio de ese año. Rompimos y mi vida se vino abajo, en monotonía, me di cuenta de que estaba sola, sin amigos, había perdido mi poca autoestima y seguía estando sola en mi casa, pero ya no quería leer, ni estudiar, ni salir por mi cuenta. Y si intentaba hablar con la persona me daba cuenta de que en semanas ya había vuelto a hacer su vida y eso me destrozaba más. Además de que vivo en una ciudad fantasma donde las personas son muy cerradas y muy superficiales. Desde que pasó todo eso mi foco fue al menos sanarme un poco para poder seguir con mi vida, mi único soporte fue Dios a lo largo de todo esto y hace 2 días recién pude estabilizarme un poco mas y poder estar sola conmigo misma sin hacerme mierda :) un avance.
Hola, actualmente estoy en un cuadro depresivo diagnosticada y con medicamentos, mi psicóloga me pidió esta semana que entre la música que escuche busque frases buenas que me motiven, ahora estoy haciendo eso y me resulta un buen ejercicio porqué me centro en lo bueno y lindo de la canción y no en lo depresivo, espero esto sirva de algo.
