I think it has more to do with the fact that in almost every historical case, cold weather warfare has never gone well for the offensive side. It’s supported by the fact that Colonel’s armor bears a semblance to the outfit that Stalin wore at the Potsdam conference.
That's amazing, I wouldn't use it because I like to keep moving and dodging during the fight (except when it's sigma's fight, his third phase is dumb to me), but I always like to see people finding ways to cheese a boss fight

Colonel is weak against ice attacks. You can just do air + stab. Colonel can’t hit u in air. You can move too while ice stabbing…
