That is something I love about X8. Zero has such a wide variety of weapons which have minor but still important diferences. Except the glaive and the sigma blade, those were OP. And the knuckles are too hard to use.

well in my honest opinion it actually suppose to be because since it's a part of Zero's weapons because he use to use his Z-Buster a lot in Mega man X 1, 2 and 3 with his saber so it should automatically counts as one of Zero's weapons but if KRT thinks Zero's Z-Buster isn't then that's KRT's choice but everyone has their own opinion about Mega Man X sequels

The shield in X6 is ironically OP. Instead of absorbing enemy attack, it double Zero's damage output and make the Sigma's fight like kid game.
It also increases the damage done by X's Buster, and the Blade Armor air dash
