I am a civil engineer from chennai.
Some of the flaws found in your 24.53mins video:
For this G+3 building corner column takes approximately 20ton load,
Middle end column takes appro. 30ton
Middle column takes appro. 40ton load.
Here Column (only 4nos of 16dia+2nos of 12dia bars provided for all) and beam width provided is only 8 inches @4.17 @12.11 chk at parking area or in elevation.
As per IS 456 : 2000 minimum size of rcc column is 9inches.
I guess proper structural design has not done for this building.
Some boundary wall found 4inches @9.23,
Solid blocks used instead of bricks,
No sunken for toilets@12.31,
RCC slab not provide beneath the kitchen platform@12.31,
Seepage found at water tank area@10.5,
Compound wall 4" thk @2.53.
No weathering tiles at terrace its only cement flooring@10.5,
Basic model floor mounted closets used with open flush tank@12.31 not high end model
Basic model taps used not high end model
Main door are not tailor made its only ready made door
For this kind of construction 1650/- itself too much.
Sir, You have full rights to promote your business and quality, but you don't criticize and hurt other contractors and clients.

It's great work mano sir, my house also going on the same price but interlock bricks, no sump, no septic tank, no compound wall, steel door, upvc window, no bathroom fittings, staircase extra, no painting only patty primer and the main thing is load bearing structure. Everything ll be the extra charges. Realy Lucky with this building owner. Too good keep it up sir.

Main door, Sanitary fittings, Cp fittings,Granite, tiles போன்றவற்றை மட்டும் தரமாக செய்யவும். Structure, Bw, Concrete பற்றி யாரும் அக்கரை கொள்வதில்லை. AAC Block வைத்து கட்டுகிறார்கள் Steel ஐ குறைத்து விடுகின்றனர், Spot light, False ceiling இருந்தால் போதும். Structure பற்றி யாரும் கவலைப்படுவதில்லை, Toilet sunken இல்லாதபோதே இந்த Structure பற்றி தெரிந்து கொள்ளமுடிகிறது. வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

as an architect i always suggest always go behind the sq feet.why I'm saying this each requirements and taste changes like how we like the food. so sit with the builder couple of times and do visit your local famous builder and do compare the things and take a call.
