it is just as nice to hear Peel's voice again as it is to hear all these wonderful pieces of music that people used to make 40 or 50 years ago

I've been confusing the names Lene Lovich and Lydia Lunch, no explanation why, for so long now it's just a sad joke and that's enough about that. That said, glad to hear this, intentionally - I'll never understand it myself - or not. Best I've heard from this one.

It was just a common aesthetic amongst punks in the 70s.
may have been SHARPS (skin heads against rcial prejudice) aka real punks or maybe not... Nazi punks had not yet been told to fuck off (at least not in song form, ty DK)
