Thanks for the comment, the Cell pack was purchased from eBay and came as you see it in the video. if you have the model number for the tool then search eBay and chances are there will be someone who makes these Cell Packs up, or offer a service to send them your battery and they will replace it and send it back.
I agree that the lighting is bad. This was only my second or third video ever, I have since made changes to lighting and camera setup. If I had another battery to repair I would definitely redo this with my current setup.
With regards to How many or the capacity (Ah)? if you remove the top of the battery cover you will be able to see how many are installed, I have not had a problem charging the new cel pack which is 3400 Ah, the original was only 2800.
My apologies, I confused this battery pack with another that I recently replaced using the same method where snap-on wanted £250. This particular battery may well only be £65 from snap-on but I still managed to replace the cell pack in 2 batterys for less than the price of a single battery from Snap-on. I also replaced the cell pack in a larger impact gun for a quarter of the price that snap-on wanted for a replacement.
What type srew dive to you need to take out the srews in battery
It’s a T10 Torx if I remember correctly, unfortunately I no longer have this tool so am unable to check
Hi where do you purchase the replacement cells from please?
