I completely agree although one question about the "24x7x365" part: wouldn't it really be "24x7x52" since you have hours in a day x days in a week x and then in yours it would be days in a year but in this one it would be weeks in a year? Just a thought, not trying to be rude of anything it's just something I noticed but maybe that's just our brains working differently

I did a twelve hour readathon and had a blast. Finished two books. I definitely recommend (like you did for this one) picking different genre/style books. It makes it easier for them not to blur together as they’re apt to do when you read them fast.

herondale Jesse does a great job editing and filming, but sometimes he can ruin the aesthetic by putting a filter on it that’s a border (or some other distraction) and it just ruins it for me. However, over all his videos are great
The amount of work and energy put into this video is truly astonishing and it looks like it really payed off. The fact that you were able to keep me, a teenager with ADHD, to stay and watch the entire (19 min!) video is truly astounding. Love you and your videos!
Ive often done the bi-annual 24 hour readathon and because of where I live, it starts at 2 in the afternoon for me. And this is literally my best tip, Ive always really enjoyed this start time and I think it makes it easier to stay awake because you dont have to stay up until midnight to even begin. If I had to do my own, I think I would do it from noon to noon or something like that, so it wouldn’t mess with ones sleep too much. And definitely breaks, walks outside, food(!) and shorter books. 📚😊
I did this last year and my family was like 'You're a crazy person.' My bro ended up doing it with me and was *cough cough* reading too. xD My mom was all: Go to bed you crazy children.

I've been really wanting to do a readathon, but every time I have a few days of doing nothing I don't feel like reading all that much lol. Also for a really good audiobook/ebook app I highly suggest Libby! You download it and put in your library card information then you can see the audiobooks available and download them for 21 days for free or place audiobooks you want to read on hold and they'll download once it's your turn. Sometimes you have to wait like up to 20 weeks because a lot of people want to listen to it. But I've listened to a lot of my now favorite books for free from that app I'm always listening to an audiobook. Love libby so much! Highly recommend it!

i like going outside to have a walk and listen to an audiobook. having a change of scenery is important i think to keep you sane during a 24h readathon
I find it really interesting how you jumped between books during your readathon--I feel like that's not really done much, but I really like the concept (that sounded like a drag at first and I'm sorry I promise it's not lmao). I always feel like reading is too much work when I FORCE myself to do it, and then I just get pulled out of the story and like my attention span shortens a LOT.
I’m sorry, but did anyone else just literally laugh out loud when Jesse hit the book’s face? That was just funny to me, and yes, I do laugh at inappropriate things. Great video Jesse! 😘❤️
