Honestly out of all the entertainers he is one of the most inspirational people in the game. People have called him lame for years and it makes you revaluate what you are calling lame and square. A guy that doesn't consider himself a savage or a thug seems to have more to offer than the average. He takes care of his business and speaks with a purpose. I don't agree with everything he says but if being a square and a lame brings you that type of clarity and success than so be it.

Im no expert i'll try my best to explain.My naturalist or holistic doctor explained to me one day. Since our bodies is made out of mostly water and liquids. Our PH level is very important to our health. From my understanding the PH level of a inside the human body falls into 2 categories or modes "Acidic" or "Alkaline" depending on diet and other factors.. When the Body is Alkaline the person is more healthy and the body is functioning better. When the body is very Acidic the organs begin to become affected negatively and your become more likely to develop bacteria and diseases. Foods can also be Alkaline or Acidic depending on their PH level. But please do some research or talk to a Holistic doctor. Im just paraphrasing what i was told.
