Luckily, in 21 century it's not necessary to pay for the kind of design which is usual for each hospital or school because it's literally everywhere. The person who made it could bring some personal vision to upgrade it,but nope. He enjoys getting money for bringing conformism to it's new level - making personal spaces looking like public spaces.
