oh my, i love this. as someone with a passion and love for beautiful modern houses i gotta say this one is stunningly gorgeous. my mom was/is an architect and i now work in more or less the same field. as i was watching this video i envisioned myself living in this house, although i might change a few minor things to adjust it to my needs, but the layout is very well done and those furniture and colour choices... nailed my style perfectly! ❤

You’re right: the bedrooms are only for sleeping, but you need enough air volume. A bedroom for 2 people needs 12 m2 (minimum). For one person minimum 10m2. And the rooms for children are not only sleeping rooms. The children need their space for sleeping, playing, homework and meeting friends. The house is nice, but not for a family. I also wouldn’t like to make an experience having a broken leg (toilet door opening inside).

this is superb combination of elegance without over extravagance, leaving me with a feeling of a very "complete" building that offers ease of use, total understated quality and a feeling of real contaiment, wishing for nothing more, because what i have completely suits my needs, wants and desires. excellent.
This one is gorgeous. Great design. I love the placement of the dining table from where you get to see the beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen is a bit complicated because in you cook on that stove you are guaranteed to smoke the entire house. I love the outdoor living room too, a fantastic place to live. The fireplace floating shelf is beautiful too.

I like the design very much! But as someone living in a 45 sqm house with one bedroom I can tell that there's not enough storage room. You can't reduce your household goods to zero, even when you try to live minimalistic. Would be great for a vacation home.

This way the bedrooms would have more space. Feels personally a bit too narrow for me with beds dominating the rooms, leaving less space for some custom tables, integrated storage or even to be more breathable. This concept gave me a good idea though :)

Bit of a silly comment. It's not a 2 storey house. It's a compact 3 bed bungalow. I like it but if you built 10 more floors you would have loads of room and could maybe open a hotel. Just a silly comment.

My wife and I are preparing to build a modern house in Greece, a few days ago we were amazed by the excellent house, the idea impressed us, we showed it to our architectural office and they told us to proceed with closed eyes in Greece means blind trust in good taste. the offer we received was for the construction of the house without a pool and without a protective wall on the outside at €145,000 or $152,000, I think it will cost somewhere around €220,000
Is that around $1900 a square meter? We will be building in South America, and the price for a brick core, concrete clad house in this style is $900 a square meter. This would be sub-$100K USD.

I love your design. The living room looks like a modern work of art, very soothing. I would try to pinch a little more space from the other areas and put it into the bedrooms so they could hold a queen size bed. Otherwise, it is perfect to me.
At first.. A stunning presentation and good modern house shape... As a German citizen I would ad and notice some things that could avoid trouble and help with having some more space. At the left side of the house I would add some suterain and roof stairs. Downstairs for a laundry sport storage and cinema room. Upstairs a sunbathe chill grill and a solar cell area. Inside the house I would like to notice that small rooms should never open door wise cause of lack of space. I would change the angle from bothhallway bathrooms, utilities and main door. The rubber main door problem I would solve with cameras and fingerprint locks to avoid this open door problem (u can't close anymore after hard opening) the kitchen door I would change into a half half window with the option to give ready cooked food outside without bothering the cooking persons. Hope u like my opinions/adaprions and my English is not that bad for understanding ❤. Overall good work
Very little to dislike in this design, it's getting more difficult to tell if it's a computer generated model or the real thing. However my only criticism is the amount of seating, I counted 23 seating places in all ( excluding sunlounger😂) it seams to be the staple item from a architects tool box ... seating. But in all a beautiful place to look at and aspire to. Most definitely found a slot in my favourite folder.
1. Make the SE corner glass, put fireplace center of south wall & sofa on opposite wall/corner 2. Eliminate small W/C giving space for utilities thus freeing up room for master closet 3. Change pool surround from black (unbearably hot in the sun) to light colored stone

Great work, but house without garage when every family has at least two? Double garage is must have even you have once car, to have some work space. When you are house owner you always have something to work
Thank you and I agree. Garage, storage and work room would be beneficial. Usually, the only reason not to include these spaces is because of space constraints on the lot and the maximum built-up area allowed.

Damn here in Austria it costs around 3600€ per square meter just for a standard house . Didnt know even in europe there was such difference in price
