I have it and think it's great. I used Clip Studio Paint on it and it was good enough I paid for the CSP subscription in order to sync drawings across my devices. It might be a bit more finicky than a tablet for art, but it's great to have it always in your pocket and it does seem to be better all the way around than the Fold 4 I had.
I trust Teoh's reviews first, he shows the real features of the pen we want to see. Also Wacom remains undefeated, everything else is just catching up but that's just my view lol.
I actually didn't expect it to have pressure sensitivity. But aside from the random tilt marks, it seems fine. Not good enough to justify the price though imo
It may sounds ridiculous but i already own an older ipad with very good condition but i rarely use it in general or even for my digital drawing but everytime there is a new phone on the market which include a s-pen or compatible with a s-pen, it always captured my attention not just because of the design but also because of its functionality to be able to draw on the go because you always have it everywhere with you. I Hope it makes sense somehow 😅
Very test, and beautiful drawing! I tried drawing on the fold a few times in stores. What I like is virtually no parallax because there is no glass on top of the screen, only a plastic film. That film also gives a bit of friction when moving the pen, which is welcome. What I don't like is that near the corners, there is an offset from where the pen is to where the line appears. AFAIK this is a common problem with certain digitizers.
@@teohontech7141 regarding the finger nail scratch, what do u think about it? Because ive been wanting to get the phone, im just afraid with the scratch since most of the time my nail is touching the screen all over whenever i play games.. Thanks for the reply btw
If I get into a situation where I need such a sketch pad, I don't think I need one of such specs. Yes the folding display and the stylus are required, but not the high specs, like the SD 8 Gen 2 chip. Something much less would be enough. My 2 cents.
One thing you didn't mention about the case and spen. Samsungs Z Fold 4 official s pen case pen holder and kickstand swap combo is compatible with the kickstand case for the fold 5. You can remove the s pen holder attachment from the fold 4s kickstand case and attach it to the fold 5 kickstand case. So you don't have to carry the fold edition pen separately actually
Was waiting for your samsung z fold 5 artist review... Finally!.. and ty for your hardword❤

So glad you made this video, deffinately going to influence my decision to buy.

How about scratches and dents on the soft inner screen from weeks or months or sketching and tapping settings and layers?

It’s just like the best camera is the one with you. Same applies to sketchpad
Those sketches are great, really cool
You draw better with your finger than I do with any pen! Wow

Good review, will you look at Lenovo legion Y700 2023? It has a pen, could be good for artists.
Yo! How sid you do that Fill thing on that last sketch you did?? 🤯
Would you say this provides an overall better drawing experience compared to the S23 Ultra?
Much better because it's big so there is more space to put UI elements.
Hi, im curious with the inner display's durability against finger nail. Is it that easy to break the screen?
I don’t think it’s that easy to break the screen unless it has a hard knock.

@@pawchen3987 Not sure about nail scratch. I don't think nail can scratch the screen
@@teohontech7141 thank you for the replies, i'll try it out when i get it.
Great content btw!

possible to review samsung phone connecting to wacom cintiq pro monitor?
Ipad mini 6 is still the king in portable use, i wish Samsung make more smaller tab..
I recently reviewed an 8.4 inch iPlay 50 Mini Pro and that's pretty affordable and good

My 2 cents.
The Z Fold 3 is a relatively cheap foldable phone right now. It should be around 600 USD if you can find one.
Do the random tilt strokes happen with the regular s pen as well? Or is it only an issue with the thin case pen?
Happens with both S Pens that I have

I have it but i can't get the pen in my country 😕 😞
Does the wacom one pen work on this phone?
No
yes
Which app did you used in this video,???
Concepts
What was the name of the last app
Infinite Painter
Me encanta pero creo que no justifica el precio y la posible durabilidad
Pppffff pensé q era una tableta pequeña. Pero no…. 😞
Now you really nullified my decision not to buy this fold😅
Why? 😅
So one thing I'm thinking about the broad stroke issue could be the new pen. You should try it with the other fold edition pen
