Knott’s out did Universal this year. They really did a good job in these mazes. People who complain that they aren’t scary must keep in mind that each day has a different experience. Sometimes there aren’t enough actors on a given particular day. But also, it could be because you are experienced and things don’t scare you anymore so become desensitized. I know that has happened to me so I go just to have fun and admire the work and creativity that goes into making these mazes.
I don't get scared in any maze anymore. I go for the experience and admire the creativity and production value. I think opening weekend is usually super fans who don't find the mazes scary either, but go for the same reasons. The later into the season we go, I think we will hear many more screams.
@@theFUNnelCakeBlog Absolutely I couldn’t agree more. Question: do you know why opening day the Chilling Chambers was closed? Also, can you do some special funnel cake tastings for my wife and I ? We are curious to see them! Thank you 😊 you are becoming one of my favorite channels! I have sent some emails to corporate hoping we get the Mystery Lodge back!
I believe the maze was close to the Park entrance but not sure what happened but so many people were walking very slowly for some reason. I thought it was an interesting concept
Eight Fingers Nine is in the former Dark Entities location backstage past Ghostrider. The entrance and exits are reversed from Dark Entities. Widows is in the former The Depths location.

Both of the new mazes are great additions to the lineup this year. I’m going back October 3rd can’t wait to go back though both of the new mazes again
They outdid themselves this year!
The 2 new mazes wete drop dead gorgeous, the set design was really on another level, wow😮 great video and TFS!
Agreed. Both new mazes were amazing!
Felt like I was walking through a fantasyland dark ride
The inspiration was a Brothers Grimm "like" fairytale.
very impressive set design
Yes, this was an amazing production.
Definitely creepy
For sure!
where is it located in the parks?

Looks pretty, but the concept doesn't register. Doesn't make any sense.
Great production value but not really scary at all. Lacks any kind of punch. Nobody is screaming or even reacting at all. Like a walking tour.
This is what the Knott’s mazes have turned into. They keep forgetting to actually build scares into the mazes. I don’t get it.
