Thank you so very Much Again!; I'm making me some Ivan Chai right now, and I wanted to check that I am doing this Right!! I'm a Lifelong Forager, but my age and TBI make my.memory a little bit of a problem!!😊❤
Bombs were dropped on London destroying buildings. After the war in about 1947 I remember seeing all these beautiful wild flowers blossoming in the ruins of houses. My father told me the pink ones were Rose bay willow herb. To me they were beautiful. A sign of regeneration and rebirth.
Ha! I didn't know that is why it is called that! I know in Fairbanks Alaska, when they bloom at the top of the stalk, you can mark the calendar, and 6 weeks later you get first snow.
I am SO EXCITED! Due to your comment in a different video, I thought you were in America. I'm so glad you're in UK, I've spotted a big colony of these plants a few weeks ago, I admired them for their beauty but I had no idea you could eat them!!!
Nice video you all look such a healthy content family & thanks so much for sharing knowledge about this remarkable plant that I just used to think was a pretty looking weed...not now cant wait to make the tea🥰👍
Great video you have helped me identify so many different plants on my property..you make it very easy to identify the plants because you going to such great detail about them..
You mister are really thoughtful, because i have Not seen anyone else that gives that warning about Foxglove(Digitalis). I live in Sweden and those two plants are really good friends and very often grows in the same area. I really like your enthusiasm. Keep it up. Cheers from Sweden

I don't have an airing cupboard, any suggestions how to start the fermentation? Thank you 🤞
The warmest part of your house will do 🙂

✌️😁💚
Oh my goodness! I've finally found out what these are, more excitedly, didn't know you can wat them
thankyou!!!
👍
Chai means tea in Russian so its Ivan tea tea for you
So disappointed to discover that the stuff in my allotment is Great Willowherb and not Rosebay 😪
But it doesn’t look like a rose, it doesn’t look like a Bay leave and it’s not at all like a willow. Seems to me fireweed is much more appropriate.
The leaves do resemble the willow ones though
A lesser known use is for smoking as a mild hallucinate.
Be warned, don't eat the closed seed pods. I've opened afew and many of them contain a grub. If that's okay with you, the bon appetit!
Hallo. Im Putin.
Its NOT aifan chai!!!!!
Its Iwan chai...Iwan.
Your videos are so wholesome and nourishing - thanks 🙏
