Wonderful.Made things simple,clear,interesting.
Amazing. Please make a video on Hashimoto's!
Soo good explanation
You my friend, are very good at what you do. Thank you!
omg this cleared up all my confusion. loved this explanation.
Great lecture. Really informative.
Very good explanation. I owe you big time, sir!
bacterium remain there i.e. in bone marrow for a week or month than get eliminated how?? if immunity isn't working against him but recognizing him as self, This will be the best Env. and opportunity for bacteria to propagate and spread infection..
Beautifully explained. Thank you so much Sir. 🙏🏻
Very clear
very nice, thank you
I didnt understand one point. What happens when B cell is activated by T cells as you explained. what happens next? B cell activation leads to production of antibodies that will destroy self proteins? bcz u said self anti bodies are produced. Wont it produce auto antibody disease. Please clear my confusion
yes if both mechanisms were to go wrong and both the b and t cells were to recognize our own body's cells/molecules as immunogenes then it would ultimately result in an auto-immune disease. But in what he explains above only the mechanism which "trains" the B-cells has been compromised therefore the T-cells are still functioning normally and will not recognize the the piece of antigen on the mhc1 of the B-cell as an immunogen and therefore no auto-immune response is activated. at least that's what i took away from all of this.
i really don't get a point=))what if those b cells in the bone marrow don't meet all the things that belong to the body so they don't attack our own body...and for most of us people ...it really weeds out all the immunoglobins that can attach to our own stuff just because the cells meet in the bone marrow all those things?
how do the self-reacting b-cells and t-cells both get past the "weeding out" stage
thank u so much! I love this channel ♥
so helpful
Thanks
May Allah bless you :)
very very useful
ITS GREAATT. THANKYOU!
Thank you so much ✨
Sir is really Researchers have developed a new treatment that uses reverse vaccination to pre-expose the body to medications and build immune tolerance. The treatment could be applied to a broad range of drug therapies, autoimmune disorders and allergies and which date comes for vaccine
Muito bom!
English Translation: Very good!
Saved my life
does genetics has a role why does mechanisms of central and peripheral tolerance was disrupted? I mean if there is a chance that you can inherit your parents genes if they have or keep on producing this kind of auto reactive lymphocytes?
correct me if im wrong but arent t-cells partially made the bone too?
They’re made in the bone marrow and educated in the thymus.
Great lecture.

@@howardxing5885 Are you still here?
Intecellular KISS
Un understood 🤔🤔
slightly too simplistic, a good starting point I guess. You could have been slightly more scientific though
