the whiteblood cell can squeeze through capillaries. im not correcting this video but he didnt mention it.

Correct. They can jump through 'diapedesis'. Its very interesting actually because 50% of leukocytes are in blood and the other 50% is in the tissues.

Oxygen just leaks out through the cells of the capillary wall? But isn't oxygen carried by the hemoglobin, which in turn is found inside the red blood cells?
