xh makes a kind of ‘j’ sound in Albanian. Idk how to spell the pronunciation, it’s like a ‘j’ sound mixed with a ‘sh’. While the letter ‘j’ in Albanian makes a ‘y’ sound. For example for the word ‘uncle’, specifically the paternal one, we say ‘axha’, pronounced like ah-jsha. While ‘Hadja’ would be pronounced like had-yah.
