Are tankers used as on farm storage?

What is the cost of a system like this? And why did this farm choose a rotary over robots? Seems a robotic system would have saved money over time as one can plainly see a rotary still needs many staff to operate ever single day.

Less Costs overall..less breakdowns, lower cost to service, repairs, less Energy, Water needed, more wellfair, no midnight robocalls, less moving parts, less electronics..
Robots is the way to go for 150-200cows, no more.
