Star Wars the vintage collection captain fordo, the new one looks great but the older one is just so good, I need the older one someday.
Biggest will be the Razor Crest when it gets here but my second most expensive one is a NM vintage Blue Snaggletooth 👍😁
My biggest is actually a lego set, when I was younger, I got lego catalogs in the mail and there was one set that always caught my eye and that I wanted And that was the clone AT-OT and dropship set.

Complete set of orange and blue line Black series. Whole set of the white box exclusives. 1-112, all carbonized, all GameStop, Target, Walmart exclusives. I might have 95% of all Black Series ever made besides the high end exclusives that sell out instantly and the convention releases. Figures though. I don't really do vehicles. I need display window items. Marvel Legends was my bread and butter but it's Star Wars now by far and McFarlane DC is running a really close 3rd. Most Marvel figures now are ones I don't want. I'm already bald so I guess I'm pulling out bad words about the Galactus. I'm gonna cave. I know it. I'm more on He-Man now than Marvel. Thanks for your videos. It's a nice release and people enjoy the collection. They look around like they're in a museum. It's pretty cool!
I'm probably one of the few Black Series fans who collects from the Poverty Level. My collection is less than twenty figures. That said, my grail is simple and underwhelming. I just want the Black Series, retro carded R5-D4. I've seen it online from between $45 and $65. I know that's relatively not a lot but, for now, it's a lot to me.

I actually acquired the grail in 2003. I flew to LA to get a 1978 one sheet style D autographed by Carrie Fisher, Alec Guiness, Dave Prowse, George Lucas, John Williams, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker, James Earl Jones, Harrison Ford, and Mark Hamill. I had it framed which cost as much as the poster. My wife would not allow me to hang it in the house. Divorced her a year later.
I’ve debated selling my Sail Barge several times. Still considering it to this day actually. I know in like 30 years it’s gonna be even more sought after, so I’ll probably just sit on it. All I know is if a U.S.S. FLAGG or terrordrome ever comes out again, I’ll be saying bye bye to my barge.
I finally saw the Jacen and Jaina Solo at a local toy collector’s store. I was in awe…they are complete and loose at $100 each. I want them but can’t bring myself to get them. I also have the queens starship from EP1. The holy grail of Star Wars that I want badly is a complete set of classic stormtrooper armor…I’ve always wanted a set for myself

I'm new to collecting black series, so for me it's the Emperor Palpatine with Throne. Just a year too late
The Sail Barge aftermarket prices is what convinced me to jump on the Razor Creat and not wait!!! I wanted it but didn’t want to spend the $350.00. But after thinking about it I decided to jump onboard and preorder one!👍😁
Doubt the razor crest will command the same price. The barge was way less production by the numbers.

Just FYSA, I was at the Hershey Action Figure & Toy Show this weekend (8/20/22) and saw a Razor Crest sell for $450. This was just the ship & box. No carded figures, no bounties, no weapons. Just the ship.
I have the original Marvel Star Wars issue #1 jumbo comic signed by most of the original cast members (Celebration 2015 and then Harrison Ford at a private signing) but the grail for me would be to have James Earl Jones sign over Darth Vader on the cover. Then I can finally frame it in a beautiful shadow box. May the Force be ever in our favor in obtaining these grails

I think my biggest Star Wars grail is a MIB Kenner 12 back Obi-Wan. Now my number one realistic grail is the SDCC Phantom Menace Obi-Wan.

My biggest Star Wars Grail is the OG Kenner AT AT. Didn't know about that Jacen and Jaina. Now I have to add them to the list. (I do have the Black Series Jaina though.)
Ive still got my original Han Solo in carbonite that came with the Slave one from the original 70's release.
My Sail Barge is the only reason I collect Vintage Collection. Anything I can put on the Barge or the two Skiffs I have, I buy.
I wish I had the six inch Jabba convention release. That box is really nice.
I also wish I would get my Heroes of Endor in hand. It has been on order from EbGames for more then a year. They are horrible for getting stuff out of their ONE warehouse in Canada.
A small, new Grail, is the six inch release of Echo. It sold out in a ridiculous short time here.
Now that you bring it up... one of my biggest collector regrets is not picking up the episode 1 Royal Starship.
I really wasn't collecting other than being one of those suckers who collected episode 1 figures on card in the hopes they'd be worth something some day. At the time, I really only focused on Transformers, but sometime around 2000 to 2002 I think, I drove to a local K B Toy works that apparently was suffering... they had Royal Starships marked down to $30. I certainly thought it was really cool, but most likely if I picked it up I'd mess around with it for a while, before packing it away in the attic. But still, regret...
Also missed out a year or two ago on a Legacy AT-AT for $30 incomplete at a local collectors shop. Money was a little tight (probably shouldn't have been in the shop to begin with), it's probably better that I didn't get it. Had I, I could probably track down parts and even 3D print replacements. But... I wish I has the opportunity again.

Keep your fingers crossed, we will probably get a black series re-release of Jabba for 40th anniversary of return of the Jedi in 2 yrs. right now my holy Grails are life-size R2-D2, life-size storm trooper and third place and actually affordable is the Lego millennium falcon. It also used to be the black series Rex (just recently ordered it through entertainment earth), and an emperor with his throne(Black series) but I’m pretty confident will get it in two years.
Not many left on my list but #1 is an original mint complete in box Imperial Shuttle
Hey Nerdzoic..my grail was The Barge which I backed from Haslab. Man did I have issues getting it here to Sydney lol. Luckily my brother in law attended a wedding in California and he physically hauled it back home for me..My second grail piece that I was lucky to obtain is a rare 1980 (Wide playfield) The Empire Strikes Back pinball machine. Only 350 ever made only here in Australia....100% official LFL licensed too.

I have a poster signed first by the late Gary Kurtz and then Carrie Fisher. My ex work colleague's husband was business partners with Gary (on a kids movie project called "Resistance the movie" and would often go see him in London. I asked her if her husband would be kind enough to get Gary to sign my poster....I didn't want to push my luck and also ask for him to take a pic of him signing the poster too.....but he did just that and I have a few pics of Gary signing my poster!!. And Carrie from when I met her.
Great Top 10 list, I wouldn't mind some of those. I just started to collect, so I haven't "found" anything that I could consider as a Holy Grail, but that Han in carbonite is pretty fricken cool.
I remember having the trench run a while my copy is basically destroyed my freind gave me his old vader tie in almost perfect condition which is sitting on my shelf, so now I gotta track down a good condition x wing
Ahh statues. That is not a cheap hobby. Low end pvc statues can run 60-100 USD. Otherwise it’s not unheard of to be 200 all the way up to 2500+ depending on the scale, casting materials, paint, and who makes it. If you are curious about the statue collecting business, I’d recommend watching or following Gem Mint on his Gem Mint Collectibles channel or Mr X on his eXtreme channel.
As for my grails, I guess I really most want the Captain Rex and Imperial Crosshair from Bad Batch. Missed my chance at those. :(
My grails are honestly more wishes for Hasbro to make. I’d love to see more “Legends/EU” stuff.
I’d also recommend the Legacy of the Force and Fate of the Jedi book series. They are post Yuuzhan Vong, and there’s some interesting fallout for the SW universe. Some of my favorite SW books.
I managed to pick up the SDCC Jabba set after trolling e-Bay for about a year. The set was only $125 and was bundled with a Gamorrean Guard (and I was looking for a third) and a Boushh (which I re-sold). I got a friend of mine to carve the dais, side stairs and rear platform out of wood for me, and now I just have to finish building the walls to complete the throne room dio...

I have the Queen’s Royal Starsip. Was from my dads personal collection for years and he let me open it at like 6-7 years old and I still have that toy to this day. I absolutely love it.
My holy grail is a carded 2008 Captain Rex or the first Black Series Captain Rex (as you can tell I like Rex)

I might be wrong but I remember hearing that there was a problem with the Empire AT-AT, the legs weren't strong enough to hold the main body up and it was collapsing on itself. Hasbro sent out replacement legs that were stronger but a lot of people passed on it due to that problem.
This was the case for my "big" AT-ST, but not AT-AT.
I have that TVC AT-AT, my holy grails are some of the older tvc figures and the black series captain rex which I was finally able to pre-order for retail
My SW "grail' item list isn't too out there, but I'd like to complete my set of POTF vehicles. Working on a Y Wing, B Wing, and TIE Interceptor. I was too young to get the OG stuff, just started getting into toys when ROTJ and Droids stuff was on shelves, mainly clearance bins, so the 90s stuff is my jam.
My #1 SW Grail is the Sideshow life sized Boba Fett. Man I want that bad

I really miss the clone wars battle packs. I passed on the Rishi Moon Outpost at target when they went on clearance for $10. I remember seeing about ten sets at the time. If I saw that deal now I would buy all of them.
Ooh the Royal Starship.. Sometimes I forget I even have that.. It's pretty cool.. I might go play with it right now. Also must change the batteries in my AT-AT

My holy grail is that masterpiece Lion Force Voltron. What's hilarious is that one of my ex girlfriends who I still talk to bought one at a Comic Con and just has it in her closet rotting. When I move back to California, guess who I'm hitting up?
This because she saw my matchbox die cast Voltron and said "Wow I love that one. I'm such a Voltron fan. I have one too." I thought she'd have a crappy version and she out did mine. Lmfao

Jabba’s sail barge at my local comic book toy shop has it for only $800 and still sealed too. It’s in charlotte Nc and the store is called rebel base comics and toys.

You can save up for figures you really want. Just put a few dollars at a time in a shoebox and place a Genie guard by it who will never ever let you open it.
The power of the force figures had a han solo in Carbonite figure back in the 90s. It came with a Han solo figure
I highly recommend the SDCC 2019 Boba Fett. He’s an amazing figure. Was definitely a grail figure for me. I also have a 1984 imperial shuttle. Those are my top 2 pieces.
I really need to snag a black series captain Rex so that’s my current grail figure.

My current grail is the 6" Snowspeeder. I didn't have the money for it when it came out, and now that I do have the money for it, the price has doubled or more. Sigh.
Thank heavens there's nothing on here that I want, otherwise you'd have some competition :). I actually used to have the AT-AT. Not either of the ones you mentioned, the original Kenner one. I picked it up for like ten quid at a car boot sale (that's garage sale for you yanks) back before any of this stuff was collectible. It was probably missing a few parts, but the light feature still worked and it brought me a lot of joy as a kid. Guess it got given away with my other childhood toys at some point.

Yes Matt someday LoL, there are a few of your list that wouldn't mind getting like both Boba fetts that you mentioned thanks to my father giving me $100 for my birthday last Friday I did manage to find and buy castle Grey skull of the masters of the universe line which cost $84.00 plus tax Canadian, but my number one is the original g1 Megatron figure MIP too hard to find and expensive Even if it's loose $200 or so. But the at at Even the chicken walker version the two legs I wouldn't mind finding one in box. Take care sir

I actually don't have that many holy grails (well besides the holy grail that came with the Thrawn SDCC exclusive.) Alot of things I want haven't been made yet. Like I would get a ton of Chiss figures but I'm a big Thrawn fan and loving the new Thrawn Ascensdecy books. Sorry off topic, the only thing I want would be the EE Order 66 4 pk of Troopers. Which goes for about 500 bucks. But getting Clone Shock, 501st and Walgreens getting the 212 Clones, all we need now is 442 Seige and wouldn't need the EE 4pk. Cool idea for a video is fans showing off their collections (just an idea)

Not sure what my number 1 is but my most looked 4 1 is the getting the clone wars rancor squad arc troopers Ie colt blitz and the 2 other. Though the delta squad 5 pack target exclusive is there 2 but I've been passing on that in the secondary market cause I've got a feeling with the re done republic commandos game and the bs delta release delta fixer scorch and sev might be coming 2 tvc soon

I have the SDCC version, I have been tempted to sell it and buy the regular version just for some extra spending cash. I haven't been brave enough to open it lol!!!

Very cool list! As you know, I have the Barge, and all the Black Series you mentioned. Hmmm... The only "grail" pieces I need would be from Vintage Star Wars, they would complete my collection. Is the Remote Control Sand Crawler, Going for about $1,000 - $5,000 and a small vehicle called the "Security Scout" It was one of those mini rigs that was never in the movies but made as an extra toy by Kenner, it sells for about $250.

I'm in the same boat I got the credit collection one and the regular release I opened the credit collection one but the standard release im just kinda sitting on it and see what happens on the market and one day maybe ill sell it but I only really see it going up in price for now
The figure has a story, which is a bonus in the collector world. Also, it doesn't appear it will be re-released. The price should rise over time. If you don't need the money, you should hang onto it for awhile.
My holy grail is the shock storm trooper from EA's Star wars battlefront 1.
Not a SW guy so I may be misinformed, but why is Hasbro still selling some of these figures with Kenner’s logo? I get the vintage vibe, but seems weird considering the brand is defunct unless Hasbro bought the brand?
