The only concern I have with the race track being open is if the air is still smoky it’s not good for the horses when they run.

I sure hope that Race Track owner gives back to his community inviting tourist back to a broken town is not a good idea. I see people exploiting misery.
the entire economy of the area is centered on tourism. for the town to thrive they've got to open up.
