Hey awesome run! Quick question: I noticed in the first pull of the dungeon u spellstealed the dmg buffs without hovering your mouse over the mobs. What macro did you use? Thanks

I did mouseover one of them -> set them as my focus -> targetted a second one, pressed spellsteal, and pressend spellsteal @focus target macro, that's all!

I also arcane, and recently wanted to change character to another one, as I was doing so little damage on raids and dungeons. You channel is giving me some hope) thanks.
Short question: I've noticed that you've assigned hotkeys on buttons like Q-W-E-R etc. that are typically used for moving the character. How do you move in the game if those buttons are hotkeyed for consumables and spells? Thanks in advance)
I play with a gaming pad (razer tartarus) so the letters you see aren't representing actual keyboard keys

Can you please tell me why do you have one build with familiar and remove curse and another without them? Are they both for keys?
Tks. I'm not sure where you found these builds, you have to play decurse in dungeons that require decurse, and familiar is a must take in all content
Big fan. Been switching to arcane after watching you. But alot of complicated things going on. Got so many questions. I see so many guides saying stats should be crit < mastery. But i see your full on mastery.

In this day and age, you should always just sim you gear and equip what's best, without thinking about stats. I only ppayed the first 8 days of this season then I stopped personally so not a lot of new content (as this video is from the first day of the second week)

hi, love seeing your videos. Have you played much fire at a high level? Do you have any thoughts on fire vs arcane in high keys? I ended 3405 last season and swear I could never get my fire to perform better than arcane. Is the main advantage just cauterize??
I can play fire at high keys as well, but I find jr very very boring. Fire just works better with pi and aug and that's why it's being played. It's also much more forgiving than arcane
@@KyujiQG Thanks for the response, yeah that makes a lot of sense that it's largely about the comp rather than fire mage by itself. PI with fire feels great, PI with arcane at the wrong time is like oh great I'll conserve earlier then I guess

Could be im blind but sometimes in large pulls with BL it seems like you just spam AB Even with 0 stacks. Is that because of high haste so you fish for orb procs is better than doing arcane explosion to Get stacks and AB after? Just trying to learn the spec! Cool vid
It's just human mistakes sometimes. Also orb travels slow; so if i'm further, i have time to press arcane barrage one more time before it hits the targets and it generates the 4 charges

It's some scrolling combat text settings, unsure of the exact settings though and I can't check as I am away for 2 weeks
That damage is crazy. I like the damage numbers too, which addon is that? I've been using classicnumbers and the numbers unfortunately go over my nameplates, its driving me crazy

So what's your opinion on the trinkets for Arcane from AV?:
Umbrelskul's Fractured Heart
vs.
Tome of Unstable Power - which you're using.
It's essentially single target vs. AoE trink... which trinket would you pick for keeping equip all of the time to cover for Raid & M+ if you *weren't* allowed to change trinkets?
As well, if you had both trinkets in your bag, would you switch between the two depending on if you're doing Raid or M+?
Neither have dropped for me yet, so I'm preparing myself for whichever one comes first!
EDIT: I am building my gear based off the Overall BIS build via Icyveins, not specifically for m+ or raid, but gear that covers both.

Hey! Always sim your trinkets, guides are fine as a guideline, but in the end you want the trinket that performs the best for your character. And each character is different because of race, small changes in gear, and each trinket is going to be a bit different for everyone.
I have ashes and tome, and I do use both for bith m+ and raid, and I won't change them, as for raid dmg dorsn t matter the most this tier, and these are the 2 trinkets that sim best for me (as a dark iron dwarf with a 2 min active, a 2min trinket like ashes is going to have more value for me than for example irridieus)
I also love ashes, the haste debuff is actually something I like, it allows me to play more haste during cds and lose less mana during conserving phase
And irridieus is cringe af cuz 3 mins doesn't line up with shit
These are my thoughts, but yeah TLDR is you sim:
Patchwerk 5 targets 5 mins (in aoe talents)
Cleave add 5 targets 5 mins (in aoe talents)
And pick a combo that does well for both

I use SIM for specific, close gear variances... yet I NEVER REMEMBER to use it for actual, overall gearing metas that align with attributes you noted above (I'm a regular Dwarf).
I'll account and trace back to what you noted here with your experiences, when things *actually* drop for me, lmfao!
And +1 to the Irridieus, I like what it dishes out for buffs, but the CD is gross, LOL.

4m so rare ? hit that multiple times on both hunter specs in multiple dungeons
I've previously done 5M as well, but as arcane it's a bit less common. I was also just happy about the run itself on like the 8th day of the patch!
It kinda is since most tanks dont pull enough to people perform that..
It doesn’t say “4 mil on hunter” in the title though does it?
Hunter is definitely far easier than arcane mage. So yes, his dps as arcane is very impressive.
