New Ghost Rider Mod GTA V

Hello, I just wanted to create an updated ghost rider mod. Possibly with more powers and with dismemberment. This mod is just 2 days of development right now and I intend to add much more.

@@JosephBerner123working on penance stare rn. Have to add unique anims and particles. Also have to fix heat vision in Martian Manhunter. Enemies on my list now too 😁.
