Just made these for christmas gifts and they are delicious! The dough was a little crumbly so I rolled it out like in the video and chilled them overnight. I also rolled them out a little thicker and used christmas stamps on top 🎄⛄. Just make sure the dough is still quite chilled when cutting out the shapes as it easily breaks when room temp. Baked for 8-10 minutes at 200C.
Do like us europeans do when a recipie is in metric and just use an online converter. (You might want to round the measurements up or down, just make sure the ratio is pretty much the same.)

Rolling dough between 2 sheets of Silpat is a great idea. Thanks....learn something new every day from YT LOL
If your dough is a little dry when you mix it - add a tinyyyy bit of water to help it come together :)
