for sponge
1&1/2 cup all purpose flour maida
1 cup hot milk
1/4 cup normal milk
1/2 tsp coffee powder
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar powder
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup milk powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1&1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Nutella
for gananche
100 grams chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup hot fresh cream
for glaze
Leftover ganache
4 tsp hot milk
for icing
2 cup chilled whip cream
4 tbsp chocolate ganache
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup hazelnut
1/3 cup Nutella spread
sugar syrup

Aftr putting the cream on cake, i am putting the cake in fridge on normal temp. But when i takr out cake frm fridge, i find that cake bread got hard. Wht shuld be done to avoid this?? This happens most of the time
Apply sugar very nicely and soak the sponge cake completely before the frosting
