Whereas this makes you FEEL what the characters are feeling. You feel like you are there in the moment and see how beautifully they play together for the first time and can't help but see the connection they share. No manipulation. No tricks. Just pure and honest storytelling.

Last winter I recorded this for some reason, and it sat for a time with those other movies I intend to watch but usually never get to. Maybe a month went by and my wife and I were alone on a Saturday evening scrolling through recorded movies when she actually said she'd watch it with me. We were both smitten with it, although I was more deeply touched by it than she was. She merely loved it, while I was deeply touched by it. I'm not sure I've yet recovered.
LOL IDK why I always recommend it maybe cause I like both movies so I figure you'd anybody who likes Once would also like it but if you've never watched Slumdog Millionaire. Both GREAT movies don't get me wrong, but the love story told in Slumdog Millionaire BURIES this one.

One of the greatest movies ever made IMO. I'd say Once is in my top 10, but Slumdog Millionaire is my favorite movie ever.
