This is a great message, and it is something that every Christian should understand, but he lacks the fullness in his message. He's talking about and encouraging but not giving the how to. He's not explaining that God has placed his word above his name in the way for intimacy with God is to embrace the word as supreme in your life and seek him to give strength to obey the word because Jesus said, if you love me you will keep my commandments, then he said a new commandment I give you that you love one another. He hasn't said a thing about God's word being perfect, abiding forever, unable to fail and everlasting. God's word is the essence of God in this earth and the holy Spirit is given to guide us in it and by that God will guide our life. There is much more he's leaving out but it would be a long sermon.

I was able to stop my addiction by eating alkaline foods and drinks. By doing this the cravings go away! I desired to stop and by doing this I have been clean since July 2007 and never had one relapse. I have been clean since!

I’m 75 yrs young & have served Him over 50 yrs & He has never left me nor forsake me. He was with me through a toxic marriage of 30yrs, through being homeless, losing everything I owned and He brought me to the “OTHER SIDE” He was in the boat all the way through every single storm I went through. I’m on the other side now. I’m living in “THE BLESSINGS” Only because I surrendered all to HIM & trusted HIM & continue to trust HIM. HE IS FAITHFUL

Me too, at age 64 almost 65, and my grown daughters have rejected me, therefore I have no relationship with my grandchildren. I am single, poor, and have some health problems, but my spirit is strong and with much love for the lord, always. At this point, it is hard to believe that we will ever be reconciled, as my daughters are not Christian, and are very head strong, stubborn and judgemental. It is so strange how life can turn out. We can give so much love to our children, serve them, give them opportunities that we never had, and yet this day and age with the influences of the times, American culture, and world, really has changed children's hearts in how they treat their parents.
Amen. My husband announced he is leaving the marriage two days ago. He is struggling with addiction and his mental health. Please pray for him, my children, and me. I am so very happy I found this. I need to remember to pray for discernment each and every day through these heartbreaking times and the good.
My wife walked out and left me and the 3 kids in high school. Help him, be there for him as much as you can. If there is not adultery (perhaps even if there is) you need to be strong and hold on to him. The way I looked at it, was: I made a vow to my wife, just because she chose not to respect her half of the vow, I still stayed true to mine. So I held onto the house for 5 years while the kids made it into college. I fixed up the house, many renovations, making the house into a wonderful home, because THAT was what I promised to do. After 5 years, I finally gave in and sold the house, as she never came back. Don't stop being the person that he needs. "for better or worse" does not mean give up. Perhaps its a call for help, he's drowning and feels worthless and broken. If you helped him through this, you'd be stronger than even. Don't give up too quickly.
For some reason I felt led to share some Scriptural information with you. Yes, trust God and keep praying for wisdom, guidance, and discernment. The Bible does not specifically address remarriage after involuntary divorce. Adultery and involuntary divorce are the only exceptions mentioned in the Bible for divorce, where a divorced person is not considered to have sinned. In Matthew 19:9, Jesus states that someone who divorces due to a spouse’s infidelity may remarry. This can be interpreted in two ways: 1) since the Bible does not mention remarriage after involuntary divorce, it may not be allowed; or 2) since remarriage is permitted in cases of infidelity, it could also be permitted in cases of involuntary divorce. Our perspective is that someone who is involuntarily divorced-meaning a victim of desertion-can remarry. The phrase "is not bound" in 1 Corinthians 7:15 appears to suggest this freedom. However, a person seeking remarriage should proceed with caution, allowing time to heal from the trauma of the broken relationship, to reflect on the factors that contributed to the breakup, and to seek God’s guidance for the future. I pray that you and your family heal. Trust me life gets better and just like Jesus’ says in Matthew 6:25 - 34, “Do Not Worry” Jesus knows what you’re going through. Speaking from experience. Lord send your Angels to protect comfort and guide those in need. Your love for all conquers all and strengthens those to endure and stay joyful as they move closer to you. For those in need know you are not alone we are out there thinking of you and praying for your relief of burden of worry sadness and despair. We know your suffering and Jesus can and will help you if you seek his guidance. I give glory to God for the blessings he has given me, an undeserving sinner, and praise and bless him for the family I thought I would never have. My husband is 84 and I am 80 in a few days. I have always been active and love to walk and hike. Bursitis has really slowed me down but I still pray God will heal me. I am a divorced Mother of two beautiful daughters. The love and grace of God has kept my children and I above water. God has not forsaken us. His son Jesus Christ has not forsaken us. Amen. Please pray that the Lord continues to heal me from a brain injury that my "family", except for 1 dear brother, believes God can NEVER heal. I couldn't deal with their contempt for me so had to cut them off as they were kicking me while I was down. Also please pray🙏for the depression & fatigue😕that comes with it. And I need the openness of heart to do so always. All in all I need the simplicity of God to save me from overwhelm and focus and clarity on what’s important, what I can change and HOW TO SURRENDER. I trust God’s healing (not my own power), I trust in his mercy and forgiveness and I trust in his promises and instructions. Whatever I’m doing wrong God show me and help me to take the brave, right steps I need for your glory and not my own comfort or security. Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. All He has will be given unto you, Alleluia. Take away my jealous pride and suspend the disbelief like a rock in the root of my heart. God heal me from the trauma and sins of my past of my doing and from others too. Show and present to me the things or people I need in this moment or as my way out? God most of all I feel guilty for the ways I am unable to physically give or serve you in this time of seeking my own healing, fear over making some big decisions. And for the the days I fall away from your guidance, my heart breaks for the harm and stubborn disregard i have shown you. But it is not for our own merits but by the grace of your son and the faith given to us through him. Heal and protect my mind Lord from the sickness I particularly suffer in thinking - of devilish, deathly or worldly thoughts. God bless us (me, my family and friends), protect us, forgive us and bless us according to your mercies. Help me to pray every or multiple times a day. Thank You Lord.

I am 65 and very sad about how the nursing home seems to have lost the will to care for our elderly in a way that brings healing and comfort to them. It is more like a place for them to come to die😢. I have tried, so much of my life, to control situations and change myself, only to become more desperate, confused, and to despair. We’re told to trust in the Lord with all our hearts, and lean not unto our own understanding. In all our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our paths. Don’t try to figure your way out of where you are. God knows the way. He is always working on our behalf even if we can’t see it. That’s why we walk by faith, and not by sight. Surrender, take His yoke upon you, stand firm in your faith, and see yourself being delivered. He is trustworthy and will never fail us. ❤️

I have made bad decisions and have spent 30 years iooking back at what should have been, unable to see my way ahead, in grief and anguish, broken hearted, unable to see or hear God at work in my life. I have clung to Him in hope that He woukd restore what was lost. It is not to be. Please help me accept that and that He has a future and a hope for me. Your words are helping me understand and come to terms with God's love. I hope I can accept His plans for my life. My father abandoned me and my mother and brother when I was 4 and I have trouble in accepting and trusting. But I know my Father in heaven will never leave me nor forsake me.

I am leaving my abusive husband after 4 years while on disability and very unsure how I will pay bills each month as i cannot work. I am in a narcissist marriage and have been for 26 years. I feel so stuck! I am trying daily to pull myself together. It takes so much strength to get up every day. This is a great message, and it is something that every Christian should understand, but he lacks the fullness in his message. He's talking about and encouraging but not giving the how to. He's not explaining that God has placed his word above his name in the way for intimacy with God is to embrace the word as supreme in your life and seek him to give strength to obey the word because Jesus said, if you love me you will keep my commandments, then he said a new commandment I give you that you love one another. He hasn't said a thing about God's word being perfect, abiding forever, unable to fail and everlasting. God's word is the essence of God in this earth and the holy Spirit is given to guide us in it and by that God will guide our life. There is much more he's leaving out but it would be a long sermon.

We can give so much love to our children, serve them, give them opportunities that we never had, and yet this day and age with the influences of the times, American culture, and world, really has changed children's hearts in how they treat their parents.

I need to remember to pray for discernment each and every day through these heartbreaking times and the good.
My wife walked out and left me and the 3 kids in high school. Help him, be there for him as much as you can. If there is not adultery (perhaps even if there is) you need to be strong and hold on to him.
The way I looked at it, was: I made a vow to my wife, just because she chose not to respect her half of the vow, I still stayed true to mine.
So I held onto the house for 5 years while the kids made it into college. I fixed up the house, many renovations, making the house into a wonderful home, because THAT was what I promised to do.
After 5 years, I finally gave in and sold the house, as she never came back.

Perhaps its a call for help, he's drowning and feels worthless and broken. If you helped him through this, you'd be stronger than even.

For some reason I felt led to share some Scriptural information with you. Yes, trust God and keep praying for wisdom, guidance, and discernment. The Bible does not specifically address remarriage after involuntary divorce. Adultery and involuntary divorce are the only exceptions mentioned in the Bible for divorce, where a divorced person is not considered to have sinned. In Matthew 19:9, Jesus states that someone who divorces due to a spouse’s infidelity may remarry. This can be interpreted in two ways: 1) since the Bible does not mention remarriage after involuntary divorce, it may not be allowed; or 2) since remarriage is permitted in cases of infidelity, it could also be permitted in cases of involuntary divorce. Our perspective is that someone who is involuntarily divorced-meaning a victim of desertion-can remarry. The phrase "is not bound" in 1 Corinthians 7:15 appears to suggest this freedom. However, a person seeking remarriage should proceed with caution, allowing time to heal from the trauma of the broken relationship, to reflect on the factors that contributed to the breakup, and to seek God’s guidance for the future. I pray that you and your family heal. Trust me life gets better and just like Jesus’ says in Matthew 6:25 - 34, “Do Not Worry” Jesus knows what you’re going through. Speaking from experience. Awakened at 3:15am as I often am I came across this video and chose to read the comments. Filled with empathy for those in turmoil I send this prayer. Lord send your Angels to protect comfort and guide those in need. Your love for all conquers all and strengthens those to endure and stay joyful as they move closer to you. For those in need know you are not alone we are out there thinking of you and praying for your relief of burden of worry sadness and despair. We know your suffering and Jesus can and will help you if you seek his guidance. Sometimes you just have to quiet your worry and make the effort to let go, being in the joyful moment for what you have can open doors so fast…. Seek that which brings you joy and dwell upon it, then seek how to spread joy even if all you can offer is a smile for someone in need.

I give glory to God for the blessings he has given me, an undeserving sinner, and praise and bless him for the family I thought I would never have. My husband is 84 and I am 80 in a few days. I have always been active and love to walk and hike. Bursitis has really slowed me down but I still pray God will heal me. Please pray for my children and grandchildren that they will realize how important baptism is and to believe in our Lord and Savior's Jesus Christ.
I am a divorced Mother of two beautiful daughters. The love and grace of God has kept my children and I above water. God has not forsaken us. His son Jesus Christ has not forsaken us. I have grown closer to him in these last few months, it seems that the closer I get the more people drop out of my life. I’m not at all discouraged about this, for I am learning that some people won’t stand with you when you seek out love, knowledge, and understanding from God and his son Jesus Christ. Amen. Please pray that the Lord continues to heal me from a brain injury that my "family", except for 1 dear brother, believes God can NEVER heal. I couldn't deal with their contempt for me so had to cut them off as they were kicking me while I was down. Also please pray🙏for the depression & fatigue😕that comes with it. These issues don't seem as dire as others mentioned here, but to me they're huge, and I believe that with God ALL things are possible 🙏.

I trust God’s healing (not my own power), I trust in his mercy and forgiveness and I trust in his promises and instructions.
Whatever I’m doing wrong God show me and help me to take the brave, right steps I need for your glory and not my own comfort or security.
Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. All He has will be given unto you, Alleluia.
Take away my jealous pride and suspend the disbelief like a rock in the root of my heart.
God heal me from the trauma and sins of my past of my doing and from others too. Show and present to me the things or people I need in this moment or as my way out?
God most of all I feel guilty for the ways I am unable to physically give or serve you in this time of seeking my own healing, fear over making some big decisions. And for the the days I fall away from your guidance, my heart breaks for the harm and stubborn disregard i have shown you. But it is not for our own merits but by the grace of your son and the faith given to us through him.
Heal and protect my mind Lord from the sickness I particularly suffer in thinking - of devilish, deathly or worldly thoughts.

I am 65 and very sad about how the nursing home seems to have lost the will to care for our elderly in a way that brings healing and comfort to them. It is more like a place for them to come to die😢. I have tried, so much of my life, to control situations and change myself, only to become more desperate, confused, and to despair. We’re told to trust in the Lord with all our hearts, and lean not unto our own understanding. In all our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our paths. Don’t try to figure your way out of where you are. God knows the way. He is always working on our behalf even if we can’t see it. That’s why we walk by faith, and not by sight. Surrender, take His yoke upon you, stand firm in your faith, and see yourself being delivered. He is trustworthy and will never fail us. ❤️

I am leaving my abusive husband after 4 years while on disability and very unsure how I will pay bills each month as i cannot work. I have been on disability for years but was recently diagnosed with cancer as well and need chemo and more surgeries, but have been unable to even think about that due to my home situation. But I begged God to give me a way out and I found a place to go I think. Our God is a good God and I’m Trusting that He will provide as I move forward in faith. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t terrified but Ours is not a spirit of fear….

I am in a narcissist marriage and have been for 26 years. I feel so stuck! I am trying daily to pull myself together. It takes so much strength to get up every day. I keep praying God will deliver from this! I used to be so bubbly and strong! This man has drained me and broken me down so much it is sometimes hard to function much less think! He constantly does smear campaigns concerning me that everyone thinks it me that’s the problem even our pastors! He constantly lies on me. I am not working right now so it’s not that easy to walk away. I am working on myself to get back to work. It’s really hard to focus in this situation 😢. Please pray for me.
