    Great job! I just broke through the 150lbs. Weighed in at 149lbs today. 6 more to go but it’s slow work now. I am reconciled to the fact that I will always have to track my food. Intuitive eating is not possible for me. Encouraging to see your success. I never thought calorie tracking could work but I think it’s the way for me

      Hey, that's fantastic, congrats! And thank you. Yeah, it'll be a lifelong thing for me, as well, but I am more than okay with that now.
