Wrong info. I would say that UAE is still better than Belarus. Crime, corruption, and volumes are higher in Belarus than in UAE. There is a big risk of invasion due to ukraine war. Logistics / transportation as well as reexport is not good from Belarus. In the UAE, it is very well developed with ports and shipping companies. Indian food, family life, safety and flights are easily available from Dubai.
