Taking care of both our physical and spiritual aspects is essential for holistic well-being. Just because someone is spiritually awakened doesn't mean they should neglect their physical health or vice versa. In essence, while opening the third eye pertains to spiritual insight, wearing spectacles addresses a physical need. Both can coexist, and one doesn't invalidate the necessity or significance of the other.
