I'm watching this while in lockdown lol I was actually looking at a cake mixer and then somehow ended up watching how to dry fruits and turn them into powder..well here I am learning more to make my own supplements :) this is so cool! Thanks for sharing!

Good video! I never knew, or thought about, adding a pinch of powder onto the capsules. It makes sense. I take kratom on most days and that stuff is nasty! I fill a lot of capsules for it so I will see if I can stomach a light coating and see how my body reacts to it. Thanks for the knowledge.

Ok. I am an Conservative Mennonite herbalist. I make all my whole food medicines except liquid filled capsules. Have yet to learn how to do that. Do you make any whole medications that are liquid filled caps? How do you do ?

Hello, how do you clean the herbs, or how do you they are proper for consumption? Because in tea you boil it and it sterilizes, but how do you sterilize without boiling it?
Good question - there are ingredients that are ready to eat. Look for those instead of straight powders as they may be untreated

would you recommend size "00" over "0" to make sure its big enough to fit a good amount of herb?
That's a good question! "0" tends to hold between 300-500 milligrams of dried material and the "00" holds between 500-700 milligrams of dried material. This of course will depend on the density of the material being used. We hope that information is helpful for you to choose the size that will work best for your needs.

I’m trying to figure it out what to put in my 00 capsules that are good for our health and body.
At the end of video you mentioned couple name of herbs, should we or can we mix them all up and put it in capsules or you meant we should take them separately?
I plan on using for flax seeds. My doctor wants me to take them by the tablespoon or pills which is more convenient
I need direction... I love herbalism, nutrition, supplements , natural medicine. I am trying to watch videos on how to learn all I need as well as help my family,to make a living, and to help others to become more healthy. I am open to any advice, suggestions. Ty .

Yes, absolutely. We like to say that whatever method you're most likely to use is the method for you! Whether that be capsules, teas, infusions, tinctures, etc, they will all work about the same some are just more concentrated than others so remember this when switching between things like teas and tinctures.
