- Assasin playthrough of Hexen 2 in hard difficulty setting, using the "Hammer of Thyrion" sourceport to get enhanced functionality.
Here we are, once again, resolving puzzles crafted by a maniac... back in the day I couldn't get any further from the egyptian themed hub. Anyways, I found the game very so-so, feels and plays like a Quake mod (because it is), but I can't say I had a bad time with it.

Playthrough con la asesina de Hexen 2 en el nivel difícil, usando el source port "Hammer of Thyrion" para tener mejores funcionalidades.
Aquí estamos de nuevo, resolviendo puzzles ideados por un maníaco... en su día fui incapaz de pasar del bloque egipcio, y no me extraña. De todas formas, el juego me parecio normalillo, se juega y se siente como un mod para Quake (porque lo es), pero no puedo decir que lo pasara mal jugándolo.

And thanks to the brave hero and player, the power of the Chaos Sphere is broken and the last of the Serpent Riders has fallen. Well done! That was one hard-fought and well-earned victory. Thank you for an amazing playthrough. It was a joy seeing you conquer this difficult game.
At last I managed to make it through all the psychotic puzzles ^_^. Next up, a more relaxing ride... the XPack :D

It's a standalone expansion pack, it's available to download, you don't need Hexen2 installed. Believe me it's a greater more coherent experience (with a neat setting too), with even an objective hotkey if you forget what you need to do for a puzzle.
I always found it a shame they opted for a ‘brute force’ final boss of this trilogy, considering the theme of Hexen was so dark and disturbing compared to Doom and Quake. I always imagined some form of unfathomably dark and grotesque occult entity being the ultimate antagonist. The sort that would be properly frightening to even witness let alone fight.
