  • All jokes aside, the Zarna Garg branding might have just cost all my kids’ their chance in being employed by corporate life. Not to mention that now alongside the constant eyes on me, they won’t ever get that break either. When so much of your life is out on the internet, how are my young kids making a life of their own?

Brji’s Brji Brji, his ability to express his thoughts and feelings at his age truly remarkable. This young man helped me understand my college son and because of that, our family atmosphere feels lovely and in perfect harmony. Im sincerely want to thanks to Brji, and all the best to him!!!

My "A" grade goes to Zarna. She is brilliant and eloquent and they are nothing without her.She pays attention to all three kids plus she works hard out there at her comedy role and also cooks and cleans and the kids are always saying she is manipulative or the interfering type. She is a mother and acts like a mother and is responsible for everything good for the family. Zarna you are great.

While the topics are always relevant & the dialogue candid . It’s heartwarming to see the light hearted jabs . This reflects love & really wonderful to see & watch . ‘A’ grade comment in this podcast that stood out for me is , the podcasts being played in classrooms encouraging young ones to have candid conversations at home . 💯

I love the world we live in; not only do we (the general public) have the opportunity to use tools like RUclips to launch carriers and/or develop those carriers, but to interact with those whom you admire - amazing!
    Wishing you all the best!

Soft skills are massively oversold. In each department and team I've worked in, there are 1-2 people who are superior developers and architects and every time, they are the ones who put the least value in soft skills and social skills. I am not one of them, but I have started to adopt their practices in the hope that one day I may be. They don't like to waste time doing water cooler/coffee break talk; they don't want to do any of the "team-building" mandatory fun social activities promoted by the corporate leaders; at times, they are even acerbic and dismissive. They just evaluate what needs to happen, get it done, and then go enjoy their real lives. Soft skills and corporate social skills are for shammers who ride the coattails of actual problem-solvers into "leadership" positions where they can hide their low performance while they profit off the work of others. When companies reorganize or lay people off due to mismanagement by the people with "soft skills," the hard skill folk are the last to lose their jobs and the first to be hired on at other places because they are by far the most valuable workers in any company. Soft skills are only valued when companies are already profitable, and for good reason.

Brij's perspective about fan base and soft skills is very impressive..I never thought about it this way..I thought hardcore skills is all I need to be successful..he should speak more about how people who are not famous or active on social media can build their own network..I have social anxiety and I am insecure so I would love to hear a podcast about that topic

Zarna we love watching you because u say truth to the face. We love ur podcast because we learn from u like u said how to have family conversation. We want our kids to think independently and talk with confidence like ur kids. Some underrated titbits, trivia in ur podcast u r unaware of people like me are taking notes out of that. For eg in one episode zoya mentioned about a masterclass about writing by Michael Lewis which I never heard of but worth taking. I am an aspiring writer too so this info is very valuable to me when you don't know where to start. If zoya can give some info about writing it will be helpful to people like me. I hope you will consider this too. That's it. I wanna give A grade to zoya because she used this conversation to give back the negative persons. Keep going❤🎉 I am very excited to read ur book
