- At the Loveland City Council meeting on 8/8, a resident of Fitzgerald's neighborhood who circulated the recall petition confronts Mark Fitzgerald from the dais about his harassment of his neighbors who signed. Fitzgerald deflects and accuses the resident of lying to obtain signatures on the petition for his recall election. It appears that to Fitzgerald, stopping short of a criminal act makes belligerence and aggression towards neighbors a nonissue.
Paid for by Loveland Community Heartbeat Political Action Committee.

I had a similar situation. There was a vacant eye sore house across the street. We needed it condemned to sell our own. Our elderly neighbor complained about it as well. The City Inspector showed up at her house, and asked, "What her problem was". She felt scared and intimidated. When we complained, the inspector visited our in laws house who had a permit pending and instructed them to "set us straight" I realized right then them was a monetary collusion between the inspector, and the developer who owned the tear down...
That's the problem when people get into a position of authority...they get this idea that they're GODS.
It wil be funny if the same thing that happenned toFitgerald,happens to Andy Cumuo here in New York.
Petty thieves often go for positions on boards and councils. It makes a more fertile thieving ground. A willingness and an ease when lying makes for a perfect con-seller.

I've yet to run for any Local Office for the simple reason that literally no One making the suggestion has demonstrated that I can depend upon Their support after being elected. This is an easy example of my reasoning - how did that Man ascend to his Position?
Why is absolutism, regarding political discourse, become the order of the day. How do situations such as demonstrated in this video persist. How is Robert's Rules or any other understanding of Protocol seemingly serve only Those on the Board, and rarely We The People as a Collective Community?

It's possible the video is inverted.
The officer who responded to the complaint found no evidence of a crime and the supposed victims did not end up filing an actual police report against the commissioner according to the police chief. If the local statutes have a legal definition of 'intimidation' this commissioners behavior probably did not meet it. Sounds to me that he came on too strong for their comfort, with his 'what's your beef with me?' comments, but they were not threatened had every opportunity to walk away. Lot of drama in that little town, and most of it is manufactured by one side or the other.
