    No code SaaS is the next gold rush with the help of AI. Since you have exited and have multiple projects-
    I would love to hear more about how to build, organize, and structure micro startups like no code SaaS tools. AI is going to help the technical side of building an idea, but having the biz side in the background, the right outsourcing for growth content, and managing project operations, tasks, structure etc. is where I think the next knowledge gap is for new entrepreneurs, myself included

    The hardest part though is the 1st step, creating a huge audience around a niche. After that you could sell them anything, eg. a Saas. So not agreeing it's the "key" its just a consequence of already being powerful (and rich).

    • @alex.heiden
      @alex.heiden  Год назад +3

      I just used them as examples because people know them, you don’t need an audience to get SaaS customers, I got all mine from cold email, LinkedIn outbound, and SEO primarily. If they only come from your personal brand your exit multiplier will be lower

    • @takeuchi5760

    All these people did “become super rich by doing what they’re telling you to do” They started cashflowing their businesses by running agencies, e-learning or ecomm stores before pivoting to SaaS businesses. It’s much easier to know what Saas to start after helping customers for years in a certain niche compared to just starting a Saas business with 0 life experience at 22 years old.
    This is still solid content though.

    • @alex.heiden

      the code and launch a successful product even the first few fails right ?

    Hey, Alex whats the url to your sales platform? From the previous vide my understanding is your business only takes money upon a successful sale. Looking forward to potentially being a client, thanks.

    i understand you point about funneling customers through info products. But how do I actually make a course/info product about that niche in the first place???

      You don’t have to, it’s just an example of a client acquisition method, you obviously have to know what you’re talking about

    Zero software or development background. Can I really start this from a complete begginers perspective? Of course, I'll dedicate the time to learning the skill.

      You could, but I’d recommend learning how to build on bubble first

      @@alex.heiden They are, but maybe you are just not informed enough.
      You are looking at influencers, digital marketeers, or pure scammers like Alex Baker who has advertised for crypto pump and dump for years and should literally be in prison for financial crimes. None of those guys are respected/valued in the business. I understand from the way you articulate your content that you aim to be a successful RUclipsr, and not a skilled developper, and this is indeed the path to success for you to emulate their destiny, but not for your audience. Those guys are role models for scammers with 0 skills that aim to make money, not for real people who are trying to become skilled.
