Good take! I’m a software developer but interesting in marketing SaaS. I think the guys you mentioned have realised the magic of MRR compared to one time purchase (OTP) info products. As you said, info products funnel users to Saas products which is super smart!
Hi Chris, I want to get into software developement to build a SaaS since I'm not able to pay someone. Do you think it is possible to build a SaaS within the next 1-2 years?
starting a no code SaaS was one of my goals in 2023 and i knew why jordon weltch was convincing people to start dropshipping (ecom) keep up the good work Alex..
Amazing video !!! No code SaaS is the next gold rush with the help of AI. Since you have exited and have multiple projects- I would love to hear more about how to build, organize, and structure micro startups like no code SaaS tools. AI is going to help the technical side of building an idea, but having the biz side in the background, the right outsourcing for growth content, and managing project operations, tasks, structure etc. is where I think the next knowledge gap is for new entrepreneurs, myself included
I’d love to make a video on this - at the peak, I had $50,000/mo in overhead and I can tell you I learned more during that period than any other moment in my life
@@alex.heiden I got a ton of questions on the subject if you need a sounding board on what people would want to know 😂 appreciate the reply! A podcast episode on the topic would be amazing and repurpose-able!

The hardest part though is the 1st step, creating a huge audience around a niche. After that you could sell them anything, eg. a Saas. So not agreeing it's the "key" its just a consequence of already being powerful (and rich).
I just used them as examples because people know them, you don’t need an audience to get SaaS customers, I got all mine from cold email, LinkedIn outbound, and SEO primarily. If they only come from your personal brand your exit multiplier will be lower
All these people did “become super rich by doing what they’re telling you to do” They started cashflowing their businesses by running agencies, e-learning or ecomm stores before pivoting to SaaS businesses. @@alex.heiden Is it really necassery to do agency/ecomm/elearning work before starting a SaaS? Because I kind of feel that it helps when you already have a big userbase and experience in a certain niche. But maybe if you built something with AI that's just convinient it will sell regardless..?
