    I made full big jar lemon pickle as per ur recipe but not added jaggery at that time. It is now 3 months and still 3/4 jar pickle is remain in Jar. I want to add now Jaggery to change tha pickle into khatta Meetha taste.can I now add Sugar or Jaggery proportionately. Plz guide.Thanks
