I made this achhar put kashmiri n tikka chilly powder n kept for 1 month then I covered with mustard oil..i didn't put sugar n adrak..everyone liked the pickle
Do we need to stir it everyday or just leave it for a month without disturbing it . For making with 6 lemons pls can you tell me the measurement of the masala . Methi won’t make it bitter just wanted to know .

उल्टा - उल्टा क्यूं बताते है आप नीबू के अचार को तो धूप में रखा ही जाता है यह धूप में ही पकता और अपना रस छोङता है और एक बात बिना कुछ मीठा डाले ये मीठा कैसे हो जायेगा ये सिर्फ खट्टा ही रहेगा
सर् जी हम इसमे अजवायन का भी प्रयोग कर सकतें है।
