I suppose this is at its best when made the day before? And what kind of semolina do I use? I suppose it is wheat semolina, and not corn or rice semolina. Thank you for your advice!

hi smiley girl ! i wanted to say that I finally had a chance to make the namoura, replacing half the butter with vegetable oil, and I can say it is still very delicious. also I was wondering, do I hear you right when you say oven at 240? I have baked it at 240 the first time and after 20 minutes, the top was burned and the inside not quite cooked. for me a temperature of 210 worked better. thanks and have a nice day 😊😊

Hi , I’m using the normal measuring cup in UK so 2 and half cups of semolina should be 320 g . I hope that helps .
