I really appreciate it when devs take an active interest in interacting with their community, especially during development. So thanks for the update! Can't wait to see more of this game as it develops :)
This has always been one of the strong suits of the studio and it is in a large part responsible exactly why Warframe was successful and I suspect (and hope) Soulframe will be successful as well. Very few studios interact with their fans in a level Digital Extremes does and they deserve all the praise for it.
This game is growing slowly, but it's under a great vision. While I love Warframe, it is all over the place. It works for that game, but I appreciate the tight-knit vibe Soulframe has.

This was really wholesome to watch. It's like we're sitting down with you and there's no decorating the video with flashy, dramatic segments with half of the video containing ads (like so many other companies do), it feels real and genuine and that is very refreshing
That Sarah seems very focused and grounded. Really down to earth. Not someone who has her head in the clouds. Definitely someone who keeps the discord in check.
Hope Soulframe also has a photo mode. Doing Captura has become a hobby of mine and I'd love to continue developing this hidden talent I had, in Soulframe.
As someone working to become a Dev in the industry following your team in both games is an amazing experience. I strive to make things as amazing as you all do but be so down to earth as you are. Gives me hope for the industry I'm entering.
~13:20 what i would really appreciate is a "tutorial style" that doesnt have the player follow one questmarker to the next or spamming the bird guide to figure out where to go but a more "organic" style (compare to Zela: breath of the wild / tears of the kingdom) that leads the player on by presenting general POI that they want to checkout anyways and "stumbling across" what they need to know.

Also the grin on those pups just screams: "hehehe. run." Though real talk - the ammount of games I've registered day one, while not getting a single invite, ever, either speak to my severe lack of luck, which is not a thing, or I don't even know what at this point. 😮💨
dont worry man i signed up right after last year's tennocon and just got the invite 1 month ago, i jumped in joy when i got it. And like you i also though i would never get it and would have to wait for the game to realease proper, but hey i got lucky this time, maybe you will as well.

I've always loved how properly fantastical this game has looked, something I don't think we get enough of in a medium like games where nearly anything is possible. It's looking sharper every time I see a bit of it. I'm not personally all that interested in getting in early, as I have lots of other games I'd like to find the time to play, but I'm keeping an eye it for sure. Definitely interested in playing it eventually.

As usual, amazing answers and progress. With a game like that, so much centered on nature & animals. We def need 1 or 2 songs from Aurora ! :D. I really like the "in-game" diegetic aspect of customisaiton, craft etc...

personally a lot of my concern is regarding the combat system, specifically the hit boxes, combat Cinergy, and boss mechanics always concern me in this type of games but I do love what I'm seeing
As someone lucky enough,let me just say this game is amazing - Warframe is my go to game from 2013 to now,for over 4k hours ; I cannot wait to repeat that here Its consistent ,it's beautiful and it's so Damn Fun

I qualified for the tests and all but unfortunately I'm on such old tech that even warframe struggles to run beyond 30fps on lowest settings at 720p, so I'm gonna have to wait until I save up enough money to buy a better computer. I'm absolutely obsessed with the folly and nature sounds of the game as well as the little puzzle we got to do on the website back on the first announcement of the game's existence. I hope the game will have more of those little puzzles in the future!

I am really excited to get into soulframe, i agree the movement should be based on taking in the enviorment. Some great things for making it worth while to wonder around would be the ability to collect more items around, perhaps tree climbing would be also great, make some glimmering artefacts hidden up high in Nests and such.
Sadly I've never been interested of Warframe, but gladly now i'm really excited for an upcoming free-to-play Open World fantasy adventure game! Even without being a fan of Warframe, I like Soulframe is made by Warframe's devs! Is Soulframe coming to mobile, PC and PS5? Can't wait Soulframe is one of my the most Expected game in 2024 since 2023 Gamescom when I've heard about it! Good luck for Soulframe devs and a whole company for making this game what is going to be something huge! 🔥🔥
