  • Here's a simple Kadhi recipe:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup yogurt
    - 1/2 cup water
    - 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
    - 1/4 tsp turmeric
    - 1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2 tbsp oil
    - 1 small onion, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 2 red chilli
    - cumin and corriander
    Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, water, gram flour
    2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    3. Add cumin, corriander and red chillis, onion, garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
    4. Pour in the yogurt mixture and stir well.
    5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the kadhi thickens slightly.
    6. Garnish with methi leaves and serve it with rice.
    Tips:
    - For a thicker kadhi, add more gram flour or simmer for a few more minutes..
