  • A personal video presentation about a flight in Piper Cherokee Arrow G-EGVA from Wellesbourne Mountford airfield to Turweston airfield, UK & return on Friday 6 August 2021.
Sadly, on 2 April 2022 VA was lost over the English Channel with the loss of the two souls on board. Lee Rogers and Brian Statham RIP. A strange co-incidence occurs here in that this video ends with photographs of Piper Aztec G-BJNZ. This aircraft force landed on a field near Enfield on the same day as VA was lost.
Includes footage of places & properties seen during the flights. If it was a bumpy flight, it may be useful to hit the pause button to see clearer images from the flying video footage.
BEWARE: Contains both still and video footage with no verbal commentary. My videos can be lengthy so not suitable for people with no interest in aviation/airfields, the English countryside or who may have a limited attention span.
I dedicate this video to John Nutting (1773-1860), who resided in Brackley.
